This thing is great, just got mine this morning, fits perfectly in a levy's leather wireless unit strap (with a little added Velcro for security). Leaves it attached to my guitar and I just plug in headphones when I want to play

Hey Sped, the Moore p1 pedal is fantastic! It solves a multitude of problems for any guitar player. Most important is you don't have to lug all your gear around like a multi-effects unit or pedals. I love the concept and will definitely check it out. Thanks again Sped!

It's pretty cool. I have an elevenrack and axe fx too. For it to sound as good as it does at it's cost is noteworthy. I sent mine back because I couldn't get it to work over zoom, Facebook messenger or Skype for lessons over my phone.
Question Mr Sped, have you tried a wet, dry two amp using two P1s and can you use two footswitches? So use a Radial Bigshot as guitar input, run two cables for each P1 and then to send on the wet amp and in front for the dry amp. Be interesting to see a video on this.

@@jamescook2839 Yeah did you see the bit I mentioned with the mixer? That's exactly what you can do. You can play your own tracks over bluetooth or use spotify/apple music etc and blend them in and find your sound. You can also create your own loops etc.

Is the only deal that it is small, handy, practical and easy to use, or does it actually offer great sounding guitar presets as well for playing Live or in studio? Thank you! You could easily unplug guitar and then plug bass in to record; probably just stick it through whatever guitar amp you’re using. From what I remember, if you load the bass firmware it may clear the loop.

I hope this isn’t a stupid question but what are you plugged into, amp, studio monitor? Because it has amp simulation does that mean you can’t use it through an amp?
Straight out of the Prime P1 into Logic. All the sounds were created using the device. There are different options for outputting the signal: Power Amp and Interface/Mixer plus you can turn automatic cab simulation on and off if you want to experiment. 🙌🏻
I am not sure on that one; obviously it takes the GWF4 so maybe but you are best emailing or asking on instagram. I would try it but I don't have any others!

I mean when I was making my track I EQ'd and Compressed a fraction (I am no expert engineer) but all guitar sounds including bass are from the unit direct using a jack lead. The drums are obviously programmed using Superior Drummer 3. But all modulation and dimension effects are from the unit. They're presets I tweaked a little and saved.

@@julianandrews6025 There's a difference in compressing your guitar using FX into an amp vs compressing and EQing in your DAW. Two entirely different things. But yeah you can do all that in the app and change the place in the chain. There was also a global EQ if you have a preference on frequencies etc.
Great sounding pedal, good price for the amazing features it provides and comes working out of the box (comes with power supply, like back in my day). I don't know when companies stopped providing the power supply with their high prices (you 10 years off using pedals) but everyone has jumped down my throat defending companies who take their money. This pedal was perfect though, good price, great times includes everything you need. 5 ⭐. Good video man.
I've seen people use this as a tiny live set up with the bluetooth foot switch and a cable into the PA. It depends what you want though. It can work in that capacity.

Yes you can! If you watch the video again you’ll see me long press and hold on one of the fx in the chain and drag it to where I want. A LOT of functionality for the price. 🙌🏻
Yeah of course, you could have it plugged into power using the USB port just to be safe, run directly in and out into a PA, then if you bought the Wireless F-Series foot switch you could navigate your preset banks as well as tuner muting and tap tempo etc. I mentioned the foot switch in the review briefly. 🤘🏻

You can plug in jack to an amp year. I think you can change it from interface mode to power amp mode as well. You can also turn off the cab sim I think, meaning you can use your own cab.

I’ve never really owned much gear that requires use of an app before. But I spend more of my life using phones and computers as a musician than ever before so I don’t want to frown upon them. All I can say is this pedal was super easy to use and a lot of fun. It’s got everything you’d need to play or even write and record. Whilst it might not replace everyone’s complete pedal board what would you want to take with you when travelling if you still want all that functionality? For just over £125… and it sounds mint? 🔥

I dont seem to be able to save amp and cab models in the presets. Everytime change presets it turns them off.

It's either 9 or 10 banks for 4 if I remember correctly. Of course much easier to access if you use the foot switch!

I have the Problem, to load every new start of the Prime P1 the firmware of Bass and guitar. IT ASK me evry time again to overwrite the old one...🤷🏻

It can work as an interface from what I’ve seen and flicking through the settings yes. I don’t have that exact app to try though.

Besides the head and cab there are 5 other options for guitar: Dyna, Drive, Mod, Delay and Reverb! Within them you have loads to choose from.

Great review Sped, as always, love the humour. As a very old rocker, my hearing's not what it was and I have to wear hearing aids, wish I'd looked after my teeth, wish I'd worn ear protectors, my mum never told me! Can the Prime connect to Bluetooth earbuds or is it wired headphones only? Cheers
