@@DRENN_O my personal life isn't great, but I am inspired to make changes and have already started meal planning and getting lots more protein and as many carbs as I would need for a day. And thank you, seriously. I haven't gotten a good job in a long time, thank you so much.
Having low body fat is a good way to get yourself a cardiac arrest also a good way to get yourself a stroke a good way to destroy your kidneys and your liver.... You're better off having too much fat versus too little.... As a former bodybuilder I used to read all of the muscle magazines back in the day up until just maybe 10 years ago...Andreas Munzer is the most ripped man I ever saw but little did we know how dangerous is fat levels where I mean he literally disintegrated his own liver and that's not only caused by the drugs that's caused by his lack of fat most people usually have an issue with fatty liver.... When your body doesn't have fat to burn it starts burning other things.... The key is to be balanced and there's another thing not mentioned is a lot of these bodybuilders probably 70% get dangerous sodium levels and electrolyte levels to reduce the water within their body which also contributes to that ripped look.... And that's a great way to get yourself headed straight to the crash cart and to a pine box.... The future of bodybuilding needs to be reared back into a healthy lifestyle with healthy levels of fat.... I remember watching some survival show I can't remember the name of it on Netflix where they had to survive up in the Arctic Circle 100 days and the one that won the competition was the guy that had the highest levels of fat those people that were trying to just eat protein and low fat didn't make it very long and this guy won because he was able to keep his high fat content up compared to his competitors.... Hi fat only becomes dangerous when you're not burning that fat and it starts to store everywhere it's the opposite of low body fat.... But my God Andreas Munzers liver was literally disintegrating .... How tragic and how sad this is why bodybuilding needs to start in a new direction there's just been so many dead bodybuilders from such horrible unhealthy lifestyles and it doesn't look like it has changed... Helmut the guy in the beginning looks very sickly especially around his eyes...
I started working out on the regular about a year ago, I'm 5'9 160lbs, was 140ish. I wanna bulk up to about 190 like Frank Zane, but then shred it out like Helmut Strebl. Hopefully I can shred down and still maintain 190lbs but time will tell on that. Gotta love swol goals.
If you stay at a healthy bulk you don’t have to be shredded. You’ll technically be healthy shredded. 10-12% are as low as you should be on a bulk. To be that lean your diet matters the most
@@CJBhattarai I haven't gotten to my ideal top weight yet, got up to about 165 before I lost my last full time job, and lost weight to 150 adjusting to my new graveyard job. which is an improvement, considering I struggled getting to 150 lbs and maintaining it, dropping to 140 whenever I'm between jobs.

Tom Staniford is an inspiration. He has a condition that gives him 0% body fat but thanks to the disease he can survive with the low amount of body fat and he is a muscular guy now he is very successful.
They usually only hit this percentage for a shoot or competition. There are only a few genetically 'gifted' that can maintain this low percentage for longer than a few days. Bodybuilders regularly faint behind the scenes because of the dehydration. Believe me, they're not drinking "double the amount of daily recommendation" the week before competition.
@@arniedee7251 Yeah I know, but that even more unhealthy, those practices are putting the body through so much unhealthy stress. Doing that can leading to organ failure if they're not careful.
All that info about their diet, they goals, they training but like usually nothing at all about roids usage. That can confuse young adepts who would think "wow, I only need to keep diet and train hard to have body like this" and there will be only fustration.
Lee probably has the best natural and healthy physique in the world for his genetics.Staying 3 months at 4% bodyfat when you have genetics that give a 7-10 naturally (believe or not, that was my case at 16-20 years old and yes, you are too skinny for sure) isn't nearly as unhealthy as taking roids and creatine all day. We should be pushing athletes like that and open a featherweight division in bodybuilding competitions where they can shine, instead of unnaturally weird and boosted bodies. I love his old-school aesthetic!
You need some percentage of fat . I know the few things that happen is you’re always cold , hungry and with men you have trouble getting hard . You need a fat percentage in the teens .
This is in my opinion the same thing as an eating disorder this is not healthy people no matter what you might hear on the internet in real life this is truly not healthy you should not strive to be like this
What most people don't realize is that its not all just about the subcutaneous fat that the lesser it is the more shredded you will look. All the body builders and fitness coaches whose photos we see are purely for some hours for the photoshoot. In which they have used diuretics and cut on salt to bring down the skin water content to as low as possible , thus revealing all the veins and muscles underneath . This type of physique can't be carried out 365 days a year

@@timtimber5271 I would say that Arnold and Frank are the fathers of modern aesthetics, Eugene Sandow was the father of old-school aesthetics, and way way way before that - hundreds and even thousands of years prior - the Greeks and the Indians had serious bodybuilding skills. Hamdullah, Lee and others pursue the goal of healthy aesthetics and I second them!
I just started hitting the gym, amd I have seriously low body fat %, I'm seeing gains literally 2 weeks in already.
Try eating some more, being a low body fat isn’t all that healthy. Good job though man 👍
@@DRENN_O my personal life isn't great, but I am inspired to make changes and have already started meal planning and getting lots more protein and as many carbs as I would need for a day.
And thank you, seriously. I haven't gotten a good job in a long time, thank you so much.
@@cameronoyola6793 would recommend watching jeff nippard's video

Helmut the guy in the beginning looks very sickly especially around his eyes...
that guy on the thumbnail got the demon back
I started working out on the regular about a year ago, I'm 5'9 160lbs, was 140ish.
To be that lean your diet matters the most
@@spyridonfiotakis5827 10-12% is at the end of a cut not a bulk
why did you shed down? too low body?
@@CJBhattarai I haven't gotten to my ideal top weight yet, got up to about 165 before I lost my last full time job, and lost weight to 150 adjusting to my new graveyard job. which is an improvement, considering I struggled getting to 150 lbs and maintaining it, dropping to 140 whenever I'm between jobs.
You won't be that heavy with really low bodfat levels naturally. Body fat is weight.
Props to the guy that did it naturally
Hearing about these guys dying young makes me sad. I just think back when I was that age and what I would have missed out on if I'd died at the age. It's very sad. :(

Why😝😝
Is it just me or does frank zane looks a lot like sylvester stallone.😅
Only if i could be that buff :(
Then start working out
Clean food working out alot and injections help
It's unhealthy to keep a low fat procent.
One paper cut and it’s over 😂
Brudda looking like Yujiro in the beginning.
All these legends are straight up badassess, mad respect for Tom, a fuking beast pushing further beyond his limits! at 0% boyfat!! pure muscle fiber!
Too bad it really wasn't 0% though
less than 4% is barely possible, both mentally, physically and it depends inhuman genetics. Also you cant get that low without PEDs.
Fun fact: this commentator is 5'7 230 lb
Lmao DK is easily over 7% body fat, at 4-5% body fat with that much muscle, the muscle striations and veins are clearly visible... I mean just look at the other entries in this very video. Idk how they said he was between 4-9% body fat lol.
Lizzie,a real life hero !
I instantly knew he was british, just from his teeth 4:07
At one time in my youth I had around 11% body fat.
yeah being a guitar player will do that. lol jk,, but we have strong forearms! lol
And now you're a 100% fat?
@@wildlifewarrior2670 Well not quite. LOL
@@HotRod12667 hmm ok
Here in this crazy world egg whites are good. Don't do it! Trust me. I was a body builder in the other demension. However you spell it! They are bad! Eat the yolks!💯
These physiques are drop jaw amazing, however I would hate to be that lean. Something about seeing the striations bothers me, however I wished I had that amount of muscle mass!
They are amazing, but not necessarily in a good way . . . look kinda like SCP monsters
Also you basically cant do anything, physically and mentally. You can not maintain bodyfat that low for more than absolutely maximum a week
me: you know what im gonna work out B)
Me: right after this video is over
Dude! 2:03 That`s Puiu Calinescu. So proud right now :D
Tom Staniford is an inspiration. He has a condition that gives him 0% body fat but thanks to the disease he can survive with the low amount of body fat and he is a muscular guy now he is very successful.
0% is impossible
under 4% (without dying) requires genetics that are like 1 in 10 million, and only a few people ever obtained it
Those bulging muscles without fat makes the men look like monsters!
My dad used to lift weights and he drank a gallon of milk a day
Thumbnail looks like Sagat from Street Fighter
Bro is the most experienced doctor in the world 😂 5:57
I use to look like that until I took up drinking. I’m happier now!😂
no u didnt look like that lol
Enjoyed the Video the Title should of been the leanest Bodybuilders lol
People with 0% body fat after catching the common cold:💀
Real people with 0% body fat : 💀
"but he isnt cramming down burgers and fries"
me: EHM what burger
When Ben zoolander goes to the gym.
that was both impressive and gross.
*LEAN* 🥶
OMG being that lean is not healthy, honestly it kinda looks disgusting.
But being fat is more unhealthy and alot more disgusting
@@jimmysixx7259 nah, it's about equal. It's shows the person isn't caring for their bodies.
@@arniedee7251 Yeah I know, but that even more unhealthy, those practices are putting the body through so much unhealthy stress. Doing that can leading to organ failure if they're not careful.
@@Master_Yoda1990 so people cant work out?
All that info about their diet, they goals, they training but like usually nothing at all about roids usage. That can confuse young adepts who would think "wow, I only need to keep diet and train hard to have body like this" and there will be only fustration.
Tristan lee maintained 4% body fat for 2 years
With extreme PEDs yes
I don’t think it’s a good idea to show your veins all you have to do to defeat them just pinch him in the vein really hard
Yeah haha
😂😂😂
This video is inspiring! I'm having trouble deciding if I want a six-pack or an eight-pack! Once I decide, I'm gonna get me a Sharpie!
It’s up to genetics to determine how many abs you have
You cant choose, either you got a four-pack, six-pack (most common) or an eight-pack. Its genetics, you cant change it
Me with 100% of fat 😂
On the front that i see make me remember a ummmmm. Oh it,s perestriocis dinos
Not natural
The 4% body fat that is being burned : 💀
You need some percentage of fat . I know the few things that happen is you’re always cold , hungry and with men you have trouble getting hard . You need a fat percentage in the teens .
but remember that if they starve, the body starts eating up the fat in the body so if they nhave like 2% body fat they will die faster
2% is impossible
To me Arnold will always be legendary 💪🏾
WHY DOES THE THUMBNAIL GUY HAS SOME GYAAAAAT
This is in my opinion the same thing as an eating disorder this is not healthy people no matter what you might hear on the internet in real life this is truly not healthy you should not strive to be like this
This video just made me inspired😅
0:41 Helmut Strebl
people with 0% body fat be like: ⚰️☠️
That thumbnail is insane
Did Frank Mcgrath’s right shoulder get hit by a sword or something, cuz that looks like a scar 2:20
This thumbnail is really cool
Frank mcgrath looks like a baki character with his jaw 😂
What most people don't realize is that its not all just about the subcutaneous fat that the lesser it is the more shredded you will look. All the body builders and fitness coaches whose photos we see are purely for some hours for the photoshoot. In which they have used diuretics and cut on salt to bring down the skin water content to as low as possible , thus revealing all the veins and muscles underneath . This type of physique can't be carried out 365 days a year
I love Lizzie Valesquez, she’s so sweet❤️
