    Avoid sugar follow your own diet plan eat little amount of rice. Take sunday as cheat day Morning jogging or weight training exercise is compulsory 1day rest is needed while exercising. Intermittent fasting for alternate days for fat loss... I lost 10 kg in 2 months....

    It is very very helpful workout for me because I generally want to reduce my weight but when I start doing this exercise automatically I feel sleep😁😁 but I’ll try. I Hope I’ll loose some weight. Thank you Reshma and Everyone on this channel.❤️💐

      Yoga should be daily routine in the morning. As simple as you brush everyday or taking bath yoga is needed everyday for your body to relax the muscle and nerves which will make them flexible and strong in turn even at 80 or 90 still you can walk around without anyone’s help nor a walking stick
