Additional tip: Save paladin's "Divine Sacrifice" for flame jets, and preferably combine it with either Divine shield (paladin bubble) or Divine Protection.

Help your healers- if you get grabbed use personal defensives. Feint, AMS/IBF etc.

idk, watching that it seems like the tank is constantly moving it around, so the 'not having to move it' part is kinda moot, the normal square kite has about the same movement, not sure how movement can be 'chaotic' it's walking in a square, you move like 15y every 45sec and point him away from the ranged.
Never did Ignis in 3.1 but I've killed him 30 times or more in 3.3.5.
And we always did the strategy with everyone at the pool (offtank handles the adds away easily overgeared)

Raid inside the pool at the center, swimming.
MainTank at the edge of the pool swimming to but away from raid.
Ignis between these 2 groups facing away from the pool.
Offtank nearby the pool grabbing adds until fight is over. No dps on adds because people is in 3.3.5 overgeared.
Average itemlevel of the raid going into Ulduar is ~210, standing and nuking the boss is not a thing considering mechanics will be pre nerf.
@@FarkGaming Confuses me because any videos I saw did the burst taktik. (Fusion with Joardee etc.)
