I'm suddenly thinking of what happened to a dear friend of mine, who is very fit, in his 80s, but also very inventive. He found out that you can go on cruises at just £5 a day if you make yourself available for ballroom dancing for just 2 hours per evening. So he actually taught himself all the dances, alone by video in his living room. He had that job for 3 years, and cruised the world. They even fly you out for free to the starting points, and fly you back. He lost this beloved job of his when a 6-foot 4-inch "woman" with a hairy chest asked him for a dance, and he couldn't bring himself to do it. They had him sacked. I consider that to have been malicious.

Most adults rewrite their memories of how they felt in childhood. This is what is driving adults imagining that transitioning as young as possible would have helped them.
I agree. I think trans radicals wish they had this as kids so they are now projecting and forcing it on the newest generation of kids.

That idea that (assuming Mtf's DO "pass"... which is optimistic) LOOKING like a woman, somehow makes you BECOME a woman, is called "imitative magic", or "sympathetic magic"- One of the oldest, most common forms of magical thinking.
It's the exact same logic, behind the idea that if I make a voodoo doll that LOOKS like you, then harming the doll will somehow harm YOU. Or the idea from Chinese "alternative medicine" that eating walnuts help your brain, becauase walnuts LOOK like little brains, or that eating phallic-shaped roots/ vegetables will help male sexual performance.
(And the idea that a man speaking the sentence "I Identify as a woman" MAKES him a woman, is called "A MAGICAL SPELL"- A certain sentence that you can speak, to alter reality, via some mysterious, non-physical mechanism...)
I definitely agree that children should not be medically transitioned until they are grown adults , the right counselling/therapies (not conversion obviously) can help them through their teens. We Do need to grow up and become adults in the body we’re born in in order to be physically healthy, crossing hormones can Really damage the body! And only as an adult could you understand these risks.

I thought I agreed with all Kellie's views on this subject but I've found one I'm not sure about. I'm OK with there being a separate category of humans called trans people. There should be trans sports, trans everything. Trouble is, how the hell do you make such a category? It means they have their own toilets, changing rooms etc. I agree that a trans woman should never be called a woman, simply because they're not, they should always be referred to as trans women, because they are, so creating a separate trans 'species' I'm alright with, but how it's done I have no idea. Very costly.
