Relax, enjoy motherhood, take your rest, and accept help. Oil your tummy , wrapping your tummy after birth. Steam your body. You will be ok. It's normal to have mood swing. Marwa will need to understand and support you.

Rocia the people telling you not to travel and enjoy yourself is living in the past and as long as your stro g a d healthy you can live a normal life when the time comes as you said you body will tell you.
Once we passed our first trimester we are in safe mode, I would say just maybe traveling on really rough Bumby roads for long periods may not be healthy. being you do Yoga is the best exercise. I am concerned about you being anemic and having hormonal issues. The solutions to these issues are simpler than you might think but they can fall outside of contemporary healthcare practices. Rocio the coast is where you need to spend most of your travel for now. 10days is too short and compact. There is so much to see from Diani all the way to lamu. marwa should not rush you to leave the coast. the coast provides you with relaxation, the ocean the environment, the beach. You guys need to spend 1 month at the least or more because when you leave kenya you will not see a beach for a long time it will be go go go in big cities and it can be tiring and stressful especially with your pregnancy.

I'd like to pass along advice that was given to me when I had my first child: eat as fresh, organic, and healthy as possible, get ample rest, listen to what my body is telling me, and trust my intuition.

Check-up is good. Any issues the doctor can monitor and tell you from early. Sometimes, depending on where you're. They check to see if there is any genetic pass on issues. Sometimes, you are nauseous and vomiting in the first trimester. Losing weight is normal. Pregnancy makes you feel for certain food. Eat what you can manage.
