Why are Mizuno products always so nice. Maybe it's an age thing, being old enough to remember the early 2000s, but to me mizuno boots are the top of the pile.
Japanese craftsmanship is well known around the world. They don't cut corners and are meticulous. They also make some of the best boxing gloves in the world, Winning brand.
It's utterly ridiculous that anyone gets upset that you praise Mizuno. Mizuno mostly earns their praise. They earn it through doing something quite radical in this day and age......by simply making a quality product. No gimmicks, no tricks. They don't have billion dollar sponsorships with star players. They don't have popularity through a deluge of advertising and sponsorship deals that sways most people's decision about what to buy. Mizuno just focuses on making a good product. If getting praise for that upsets you.....you are either someone who is far too easily influenced by marketing/celebrity sponsorship or you are an idiot.
Question, at the end you say to only make these game day boots to avoid overstretching. Does that mean I do not need to break them in much at all and wear them basically straight into play?

Absolutely brilliant pair of boots. Absolutely love the UL, was so happy to get another pair. I highly recommend going half a size down. If you love leather boots, you should get a pair.

Thanks for the video Josh Out of interest, just because you mentioned the stretching - do you think it makes sense to go down half a size in the Morelia 2/Zero to account for the stretching over time? I know they are more structured than these ones but they are still all leather so i imagine will stretch a lot? Sounds like with these its definitely sensible to go down half a size in these if you have narrow feet too!
The boots in general, while the leather is very soft, aren't going to stretch a lot in length. I don't think you would need to get them in a size that requires your toes to be curled back when they're brand new. True to size with a tight/snug fit should be fine.
I just got my first pair of Mizuno's! They are also my first pair of AG cleats too. Two things I've been wanting to try out, in one. Monarcida Neo Select AG's Ya they are cheap, all Synthetic. I got my normal size 10 and they feel at least a half size long. I have wide feet, and am still not sure if the width would be ok, a half size smaller. They advertise this model as being "wide for comfort". I'm wondering which Mizuno's run longer in size and which ones run wider in size. *Also which ones are available in cow leather (I'm in California).
