So I don't get why everybody is hatin on the high vocals, I think they are actually making the song perfect and a bit different. Hoping on more of this to come (even though I would have nothing against it, if they just started making the music they did in their older days ;) )
@@fireballs7346 If you have proper technique, no. But it's not easy to maintain proper technique that far outside the tone your normal speaking voice. Trust me, it's something my voice teacher is always on my ass about. :D
Sarah & Evan saw them live a month ago. greatest show ever. sing and dance like no one is watching. its acceptable, and you cant control it,the music will fill your pores. One of the best musical experiences Ive had. one of the few only band I would see multiple times lives over and over!
I know it's a bit subjective, because there is certainly some funk and 80's wave all throughout the album, but there is certainly all the rock elements present as well. It's got that Yes 80's era funk bass melodies.

He already said it when they first played the album on radio 1. Lol, He said sometimes his throat hurt after singing several shows. But he's also said he's been able to sing sing like that since he was in school and he just chose to not use exercise option when they put out the first album and he decided not to do it again when they released the second album. I don't know why
I kinda dig this song but personally I feel like TDCC made a pop album this time. I liked the former albums better 'cause they were indie rock music. Still, I admit that most of the songs in "Gameshow" are very catchy.
Not a fan of much of this modern music but to be fair, these guys can write music like they did back in the days of real good music with feeling to it. I hope they keep going. Fair play lads.
Two Door Cinema Club reached fame first. If we were gonna go by when these three bands started, The 1975 originally formed in 2002. This means they were first. However, if we're going by when each band released their first official albums, then I suppose Two Door. But only by a few months. Tame Impala's first official album was released in 2010 the same year as Two Door.
Because Ariana Grande also has a song called Bad Decisions, and Live Lounge often features artists doing covers of other artist's songs - so it's a pretty reasonable expectation to have if you aren't familiar with 2D2C or their music.
In my opinion this songs sounds better live than on studio
just saw them for the second time last weekend. they were incredible.
this song's pretty cool 😎
totally
I'm so happy they're back wow
Juliane Vorgod same!!!
catching those Bee Gees vibes
Jeremiah Kaster *deebees

Amazing voice. Switching between falsetto and your regular singing voice is very difficult. You have to be brave.
Is it dangerous?

Ye, incredible 👍
They are so damn good, it's silly. That groove is fierce!
saw them live in Malaysia! this song blew me away!! danced to their whole set!
this sounds so good 🌷
I'm seeing them the day after Thanksgiving in Chicago and I'm pretty pumped for it.

Seeing them on the 19th in Philly, so psyched!
Ayyy same! Road tripping from Chattanooga to see them. So excited.
Absolute genius sound... literally gave me goosebumps
So happy they're back! Can't wait to see them on tour
I feel like this song becomes better the more I listen to it. Thought it was okay at first and now it's my favourite song on the album.
Damn...i discovered this band a month ago...is sooo perfect...and this is the happiest song i've ever heard haha
i like their rocksongs. Hope they will go back to that one day.
In all honesty they're not... doesn't mean they're not all perfection tho
gameshow is definitely a rock song
I know it's a bit subjective, because there is certainly some funk and 80's wave all throughout the album, but there is certainly all the rock elements present as well. It's got that Yes 80's era funk bass melodies.
This is the best song I have heard for AGES. I love it!
Love this band a lot. All three albums are dynamite. "Gameshow" is actually my favorite one so far. So many catchy tunes.

Was really curious how it translate live. Excellent. Got such an 80's grove to it.

Potter Head still is

love this track
I wonder how long it's going to take for him to regret making the vocals that high
yeah dude. As long as I know their album have no high pitch like that looll
He already said it when they first played the album on radio 1. Lol, He said sometimes his throat hurt after singing several shows. Matthew A after hear the stroke comedown machine album ✌💃

I think that by the time he was recording this song on studio, he forgot that he would have to perform it live someday, hahahahaha.

SO cool :)
I kinda dig this song but personally I feel like TDCC made a pop album this time. I liked the former albums better 'cause they were indie rock music. Still, I admit that most of the songs in "Gameshow" are very catchy.
Jesús Gamboa totally agree. Although it's hard to beat Tourist History and Beacon
I know, right? Anyway, what's your favorite song from the new album?
I still trying to get used. For me the first songs of the album are cool but then starts to get a little bit boring to me :( Gameshow is my fave!
Mine is "Lavender"
Jesús Gamboa I think lavender was the one that really felt pop to me, other than that they feel 80s esq and I don't know why
Wow last time I saw them they were teenagers!
I hope they're having a good life without Rory, it seems like they were so sad about it
Just Another Little Autumn what happened?
Ginge has turned into Mad Eye Moody! Haha
Wizard Venom lmao
loveeee
They're back
reminds me of Scissor Sisters
bless
it sounds like Barry Gibb singing with that falsetto
I LOVE TDCC
Yeahhh
TDCC did NOT play this track tonight in RVA and I was more than bummed.
Got to listen to purple disco mix
I like this album the more I hear it..
But I still think minus a few songs from here, Beacon still takes the title for my favourite album :)
Wtf!!! 4:00... bassman!!! 😓
ooh groovy
Didn't see Sam in the video for a while and was worried that he wasn't in the band anymore
me encanta! 😍 🙌

❤️
Two Door Cinema Club are (even) better LIVE...
Since when is towly the new singer in TDC !?
anyone know where i can find bass tabs for this song?
It's like tame impala and the 1975 pro created and had a child
well but they were first.
You're right but I think he was simply trying to concisely describe their sound.
Maybe tdcc is the parents of both lol

Luna Trimming but they launched first ep in 2007, as two door, but launched two songs in life without rory
normal dudes producing extraordinary sounds - WOW
Aprobado por los bee gees 👍 Grande TDCC !
Jajajaja, que genial es ver un comentario en español y que diga lo que pienso! Ahora son Bee Gees Cinema Club xd
Why did I expect this to be a cover of Ariana's Bad Decisions
I do the same :v
LMAOOOOO SAME
you're not the only one brother
Scott A. better than ariana grande
Because Ariana Grande also has a song called Bad Decisions, and Live Lounge often features artists doing covers of other artist's songs - so it's a pretty reasonable expectation to have if you aren't familiar with 2D2C or their music.
First time I heard this song I thought it was Scissors Sisters' song
I think is the best of TDCC
I thought this song sounded bad...but then I heard the live version
Great toon army are in Europe ⚽️ good toon.
fuck this is good
tame impala vibes haha
He sounds amazing. I just wish lana del rey sounded this good live xD
Who Is Lama del Rey?
