I'm a regular listener, and generally quite fond of the channel.
That's said: seriously, talking about bone health, calcium and vitamin D, but no word about vitamin K2 and its role in directing the Ca to the bones? Without sufficient vitamin K2, the protein osteocalcin, expressed in the osteoblasts, is insufficient carboxyleted and unable to hold the Ca in the bone. Worse, the matrix Gla protein is unable to move the Ca away from the soft tissue. So K2 is essential if you want to calcify your bones and not the arteries or kidneys. High vitamin D levels deplete the K2 levels. Therfore there is nearly no vitamin D3 supplement which is not combined with K2, as it should be.
And, imho, vitamin D3 or colecalciferol is not the active hormon. 1,25-(OH)2- D3 or calcitriol, after vit D3 being metabolized in 2 steps by the liver and the kidneys is it.
Please correct me if I am wrong ...

I do not listen to Peter Attia anymore, There are just too many basic mistakes in his podcasts such as here forgetting Vit K2 when talking about Vit D

With avacados, I buy a half dozen or more and peel them when they're ripe, mash them up, mix in stevia powder as a sweetener, then scoop them up into one size serving containers and put them in the freezer. It works great!

Refrigerate your bananas and they last 3X as long, easily! The outside brown, but the inside stays riper longer.
