Do you recommend listing art on all these sites? Or do you recommend choosing one to start off with, if so, which do you recommend?
I would say start with one and go deep on that - unless you have a lot of free time to dedicate to many. You will need to learn your way around each platform or method you choose, and figure out what works

Can You upload it in PNG fil format or does it have to be JPG? my image is 6944 px by 5184 px
You can upload PNG, but it will convert to JPG
you can go onto google and find sites that will convert files into jpeg
