True. In one of my games (was master) i was supp and when a fight broke out in bot lane with jglers coming in, others just tped into it lol. They've been holding onto their tp whole time

Why does Nemesis always go scaling runes meanwhile everyone else always goes early game runes? What's the reasoning?
He is playing for scaling while they are playing for early game lol.
Flat hp is basically extra fighting power from level 1-6. Since you get 100% of the flat hp value right away, this makes you much stronger than someone taking scaling hp at level 1. So that gives you immediate level 2 prio which gives you level 3, free roams, better base timer, etc. You are also less likely to get forced back in a losing lane and will be able to suck up slightly more gold and be more useful.
Nemesis is confident in his ability to lane and the scaling hp makes him stronger midgame (by lategame an extra ruby crystal isn’t much but can sometimes be a difference maker). He won’t be taking those dogshit level 1 trades and is probably picking a lane that will at least go even unless he’s testing something. If you are confident you won’t die for free until level 7 or picking a hard scaling champ like Kass, feel free to go scaling hp. It’s really just better if you are a stronger player than enemy laner.
pretty sure hes talking about why he goes phase rush gathering storm instead of aery/comet scorch cookies. and if you ask me, i think both have their pros and cons, but i think it can be detrimental to have scaling runes when they make you lose push (vs syndra and viktor you might get push if youre better of if they go first strike if you have aery/comet. but if you go phase rush, its way harder to get push...)

better poke and slow prolly since you'll never win extended trades vs cassio
W does a lot of dmg and slows more. Better for short trades / burst (QW). Q is better only when you can literally proc it off cd. So maybe melee. Although even then I would prob go W max, especially when going comet. 3 points W is of course completely fine and preference.
