Traxxas TRX4M Bronco Build Series | Part 2 | Beadlock Wheels / Brass Weights / Brass Wheel Extenders

Today Aaron is set to start part 2 of our build series for the Traxxas TRX4M Bronco. Today he will be talking about upgrading the wheels to the new Method aluminum 1.0" wheels from Traxxas and wrapping them in some Mickey Thompson Baja Pro X 2.2" OD tires. He will also be adding some extra weight with the brass inner bead lock rings and the Hobby Details brass wheel extensions. Nice! I might need to get a set of brass weights for the front tires of all three of mine, as the front ends are just too light. I'm also considering getting wheel extenders for my Bronco. The TRX4 MT obviously doesn’t need them, and I don't think my High Trail requires them either. I can't wait to see the next video. Great work!

Thank you for tuning in! The brass weights in the wheel and on the wheel hexes for sure made a large difference on the performance of the truck. The one thing we did notice getting a bit worse was the amp draw on the motor so the crawl gearing in our opinion becomes a must with either the basic crawl gearing in the single speed configuration or with the two speed transmission upgrade! We are excited to continue the series and see how much more capable we can make the truck
