@@Dream-no6sq buy low, fix it up while collecting rents and then waiting until the market value has appreciated to the point where he can sell it and make a healthy profit. He probably holds each property for 2-5 years before selling, but that's just an inference

It really travels me nut to see young people driving a car cost 30 grand , paying Gucci , Fendi , Louis Vuitton than paying themselves off with a flourishing future . Then reaching the ages of 40-50 they find out they don't have up to £2,000 in the bank , the crazy truth is that it's not going to be easy in this generation as mine. Educate yourself financially , pay yourself, look after your financial health , you will surely not regret it
