The Sage of Six Paths is the most influential Shinobi to ever exist. And though I sometimes question this, Naruto and Sasuke’s direct connection to him left them with essentially half of his powers. Indra and Asura, being the sons of the Sage of Six Paths, only inherited a little of his chakra. But that being said, everyone in the Senju and Uchiha lines inherited a little from him. That’s where the Sharingan comes from. That being said, It’s an interesting idea to have both Naruto and Sasuke inherit all of Hagoromo’s powers from the start. After all, this only requires them having Six Paths Senjutsu from the start, which Indra and Asura technically should have had, given Hagoromo was more than just one who had consumed a Chakra fruit (Via his mother), he was also the Jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails, which is basically the living incarnation of Six Paths Senjutsu. So let’s use that as an explanation for now.

A what-if scenario that comes to mind: What if Itachi did his plan for Sasuke differently?
Like... let's take this as an example pitch? What if with the Tsukuyomi, he made it look like he was only able to talk to Sasuke as his loving brother that way, and tried to make it seem like Sasuke needs to kill him in the real world as he was otherwise "overtaken by the darkness of the Uchiha" as a sort of way to keep Sasuke on the path to kill him but not be completely consumed by rage.
Just my thoughts is all.

The thing I hate about people talking about Hagoromo's chakra is that they act like it was a permanent boost in canon. In actuality, he simply divided some of his chakra to both Sasuke and Naruto, allowing Sasuke to develop a Rinnesharingan and for Naruto to have Truth Seeking Orbs and flight. The thing is that it is heavily implied that Hagoromo's chakra was a temporary thing and eventually ran out during Naruto and Sasuke's final battle since they ran out of chakra and aren't Otsutsuki. After the fight, Sasuke suffers chakra drain from the Rinnegan part of his eye, having to hide it like Kakashi did with his Sharingan. In both cases, it was because neither had a body suitable for the dojutsu. In Naruto's case, he just can't create the orbs because he no longer has Hagoromo's chakra. Naruto still has a connection to the other Tailed Beasts since Kurama has his connection. Sasuke can still use both his EMS abilities and the Six Paths. Both are just limited because they no longer have the chakra boost.
By Boruto's era, they no longer rely as much on those powers, so the restrictions don't matter as much and they are able to do just fine once Sasuke loses his eye and Naruto loses Kurama. Naruto still has his own Uzumaki chakra along with Sage Mode, his Shadow Clones, and a ton of taijutsu skills from training with frogs and the Hyuga. Sasuke still has an eye with EMS and all of its abilities, Susanoo, a wide arsenal of tools he's been able to use with one hand, and all the modifications done to his body such as poison resistance.
People really don't understand how Naruto and Sasuke have changed over the years.
Sasuke doesn't have a rinnesharingan, he is a rinnegan with Sharingan tomoe, though I see how one could technically call it a rinnesharingan. Honestly I prefer the term "Mangekyo Rinnegan"

Could you guys do What if Sasuke killed naruto and unlocked MS when they first fought in the final valley?
I feel like there needs to be a plot twist where Kurama forces naruto to open the seal in order to heal his mortal wound(s). Of course after Sasuke leaves for Orochimaru that way he believes he killed Naruto but Naruto remains alive. This may also change Naruto's perspective a bit as he sees perhaps Sasuke can't be reasoned with since he literally killed him but Kurama saved him. Perhaps a darker Final fight at the valley where either Naruto kills Sasuke, or Sasuke kills Naruto for real this time.
This would lead to the reincarnation cycle being broken too, since if Sasuke dies he is the last Uchiha (No Sarada yet) therefore Indra will never reincarnate again. Sadder, darker world but not everything is sunshine and roses.
