- Following the news on Wednesday about Rooster Teeth shutting down over the next few months, employees from all around the company came together on Thursday for a public livestream with the community. A very real moment where everyone was able to share their piece; on screen and through chat. Questions and clarifications were answered throughout about what this means for content and the future of so many people and channels and more at Rooster Teeth. This is not a goodbye stream, we will be doing more of these and look forward to sharing it with you all.

I won't lie I stopped watching Rooster Teeth a few years ago, but it still hurts the channel I watched way back in my middle school years. Always talking about it with friends at lunch with others, and making long lasting friends with people all because of Rooster Teeth. You'll be missed.
Same. So much great content over the years, unfortunately we all got older and the content got worse, so this is the result. But, I will never forget my personal favs starting with RvB, of course. OG achievement hunter was amazing. Funhaus is awesome. Sugar Pine 7 was fun. I know many others love all the other RT content, like RWBY. RIP Roosterteeth, I know the best of you will go on to make more great content.

I’ve been with y’all for twenty years. Never got to an RTX, never got to meet any of you, but as a lonely 14 year old boy in 2004 who was obsessed with Halo, you guys were the coolest people on the planet. Twenty years later, you still are.
What makes Geoff Ramsey an amazing founder, creator, and human being. Is the fact that he isn’t just crying because he doesn’t know if he’s going to be okay, but because he doesn’t know if 149 other people are going to be okay.
He's always been Papa Geoff.

What?? He's a bad father and a bad husband to Griffin until she left him. It's like you have never watched any of their videos until after they split. There are worse fathers but do not consider Geoff a "good" father. Michael is a better father, especially because he had to suffer through a childhood with a bad mother.
Geoff kept making promises to Millicent which he continued to break. He was most of the time drunk in front of both of her and Griffin. He was repeatedly very irresponsible.

As a kid, working for Rooster Teeth/ Achievement Hunter was always a dream job and 15 years later of watching them some part of me still feels that way. The amount of laughter and joy they gave me has not and will not be matched by any other group of people in content creation. I'm glad the things they've made are immortalized on UA-cam for following generations to watch. Thanks everyone that made Rooster Teeth happen and I wish the best for everyone involved.

I teared up a little during the stream. But the moment Geoff walked into the frame broke me. He hadn't even sat down, he hadn't turned to face the camera. Whether it was in Achievement Hunter of Red vs Blue (the two biggest things I was a fan of), he was and will continue to be very special to me. They all will. I love Rooster Teeth. They've affected my life in more ways than I can count. Thank you for the amazing ride, Rooster Teeth. I'll see you again soon.

I haven't watched in a while, but I'm happy to see Barbara and Trevor are still together and it's heartwarming to see how Jack's Tetris tattoo has grown. The history of Rooster Teeth resonates with me more strongly than the history of my own country. What a strange feeling to see it end.

I'm genuinely just so distraught by all this. I watched you guys from the very beginning of Red vs Blue in 2003 when I was 7 years old, I'm 28 years old now. I've watched and listened to every show, video, podcast and so on. I and I'm sure so many others have grown up along side you guys and have been part of our childhoods. I'm just extremely happy to of gotten the chance see you guys grow and last 21 years!!!!!!!! I will always remember you guys very fondly and every single person that has come on since the begging. Hearing the news made me shell shocked. Listening to this made me ball my eyes out. I watched y'all in high school starting with RT animateds then to RVB then to AH. It's been a journey of laughs to crying from laughter and some sadness to eventually sharing the stories and the laughs with my son, who is now a fan. Thank you all for the journey and the laughs. As much as it breaks my heart, you are all amazing people and touch so many lives and you all will continue to do amazing things!❤

The podcast, RvB, RWBY, RTshorts, rtx, ahwu ❤️ my thinking, some of my behaviors, my humor, well who i am today can be traced back to binging your content and growing up with it.

The Rooster Teeth family is no different than any other family. There are people we lost, who betrayed our trust, and who made mistakes. But there's also people we love, who have been part of our best memories, and who have been there give us a smile on our darkest days. This family wasn't perfect and some wanted to see it fall apart, but through everything we've gone through over the years, both good and bad, I wouldn't trade what this family has given me for anything. I will not resent nor forget them.
This honestly is the saddest moment I’ve had watching one of my original and favorite channels since I was young.. I’ve watched RoosterTeeth and Achievement Hunter since I was 12 yrs old and till now I haven’t stopped watchin yall. I started watching RvB in middle school. Me and my dad would watch it sometimes and it was one of the few times we really bonded. I also binge watched the first few seasons with an old friend of mine. It's been a while since I've caught up on the episodes. Maybe I'll catch up on some of the newer content tonight. Rooster Teeth and Achievement Hunter shaped my sense of humor, kept me sane through high school/college and never failed to brighten my day. I remember the good times when I tuned in for every new episode of the Drunk Tank. A different culture back then, a different world. Carried me through tough times at my first corporate job, I was like 21 back then. I stuck around until Monty passed away, and since then, my relationship with RoosterTeeth gradually fizzled out. However, I will always remember all the hundreds of hours of entertainment I had the pleasure to experience thanks to RoosterTeeth. Thank you.
I started watching when I was 12 now 32 I was so happy to see all the fun, creative, positive and very real issues and you always tried to put your best foot forward as best you could and that was always awesome to see. I'll be real this even though I have stopped watching consistently but when I had the time it was always a joy. I wish all the best to each and every one of you. All of you are amazing people!
