My vehicle has a warning under investigation abandoned vehicle. Which is my truck infront my property even is on public/residential street in my community. What about the vehicles left on the road a lot of these vehicles have left on the road for over a year the police don't seem to care enough to get them towed they're clearly in the way they're clearly in violation yet what you're trying to tell me is that only towing companies have the right to take those vehicles and eventually keep them as their own and also only the law enforcement agencies are allowed to take those vehicles and put them up for auction.
