Born in 1958 right? Makes sense, your early childhood was the height of this kinda music, I think 50's/60's doo wop and its 70's revival are my favourite eras of music
I look up to the old lads like you mate..... nothing in this world can take away your youth, love and passion for not wanting to be aged by anything society deems only for the young ...kick it till the crypt mate ....cheers
Happened to me this morning….well, this song. Came across Creeper last week! Do they change their theme each album or is their current sound the evolution of the band? Love to see them live
Went to a mcr concert yesterday in bonn, germany and they played the opening. I have never heard of them before but man, are they good. Its a little sad that tr crowd wasnt warmed up yet to sing along. But the singer seemes to have so much fun and you could feel that in the audience. From the songs that were played, this one is my favorite so far. And i must say, they somehow sounded better live (not that this is a bad recording), which is a somewhat rate thing to happen. I can only repeat myself. They were amazing
Will was absolutely amazing, a great guy in the flesh, but on stage live he takes it to a whole new level ,the music is far more important to them than the success and it shows, every song better than the last. I also worked with Ian & Dan both amazing guys, dan was my supervisor for a while.
@@BeirutRockSound Yes, I pre-ordered it. It's really good: I love the theatrical style, the story, the lyrics and how Will has learned to use his voice in such a great variety ^^
You guys are one of the few musicians I instantly fell in love with. The first song I was hooked on was "Be My End". And now Annabelle is on repeat! Love from Bangladesh!
I love how it counts bars. I love how the font on this reminds me of the cover of Sisters Of Mercy / First And Last And Always. I love that it shows the lyrics for AAAAAAAAAHHH AAAAAAAAAAAHHH AAAAAAAAAHHH. I love that bits and pieces keep changing and the roses emote the lyrics by dying. There's SO MUCH in this lyric video. It's a triumph!
One of my best tracks of this year. Keep on Creeping Creeper (s). So much energy and emotion when you both sing. Well done to the whole band. Hope you creep up the music charts.xxx love Deb in Newcastle upon Tyne. Sending best wishes.
If I had to guess it looks like they’re doing a variation of the movie The Man Who Fell To Earth. However, instead of the David Bowie esque character being a good guy this version seems to be more inspired by The Thin White Duke and this character is attempting to marry a girl so maybe it’s also a play on Hammer Film The Devil Rides Out? Hard to say really.
I'm a dyed in the wool old rock n roller. I had given up on the 21st century until I saw this band supporting Alice Cooper. They could truly save rock n roll
I was listening to Triple J in the car and this so came on. I seriously thought it was My Chem untill I asked Google "what song is this" New favourite band 😍
Definitely MCR. First band I thought of. If you're gonna sound like another band....there's worse comparisons! Great heavy rock/pop tune. Well done, Creeper!
I feel this is gonna be my fav song on the new album. Can’t wait for it to come out. I like songs I can sing too when driving ☺️ ....though this song does make me cry as I release all my blocked up emotions
Ok, I'm only 3 songs in (Be my end, Cyanide, & this one/Annabelle)... But I think I'm sold - Subscribed 🌹🌈🔆 Bloody glad I got recommended you guys, excellent stuff, thank you :-) PS. When the borders open back up, we'd love to see you here in Australia!
Dude Argentina held the greatest rock show in history. AC-DC at "River Plate." You guys know how to rock, no shit. I have never seen a more rambunctious 100,000 plus gathering singing every lyric and word! Get chills writing about it
This is a basic comment, but my name is Annabelle (spelled the same way and everything), and it's such an uncommon name so the amount of happiness I felt when I saw the song name.. Yeah lol.
My gods......I'm 62 and can still feel sweet chills go up my spine with songs like this !!!

Um Chile-

@Mark my words
True rockers always rock !!!!
I'm 10 years behind you and love this song and band. Amazing live when they supported babymetal couple of years ago at Barrowlands
I look up to the old lads like you mate..... nothing in this world can take away your youth, love and passion for not wanting to be aged by anything society deems only for the young ...kick it till the crypt mate ....cheers
This band is criminally underrated
Agreed
I found this band today, listened to their whole discography twice. Preceded to buy the hoodie from their store, I want more of this band.
today there's a new song. I hope you're ok :)
Wow, exactly what happened to me!!!
Happened to me this morning….well, this song. Came across Creeper last week! Do they change their theme each album or is their current sound the evolution of the band? Love to see them live
I think I love this. Let me listen to it another 20 times to make sure
I used to work with 3 members of the band , have been following them from the start. This is my favourite
ur so cool
hope u aren't lying
1:08 me after the My Chem UK date got announced.
Seriously, love the vibe you guys are going for here. Cannot wait to hear more from the new era.
I've been listening to them for a short time, what can I trust?
i am getting highkey my chem vibes from this lol
perhaps they are just on my mind
Don't worry. You're not alone. I, along with probably a lot of people, are getting the same vibes.
SAME. What’d you think of that video last night?
@@FabulousKilljoy I won't lie, I was kinda hoping for a date for a new song. But a show in the UK is still pretty cool.
@@InkAndPoet hoping they tour together so creeper can finally get the attention they deserve
yep, my thoughts too. I think its too obvious^^ Maybe a bit "I dont know how but they found me" too
Allllleluuuia
At 3:57 the screen says "What pitying angel lusts for tears, and fans himself with sighs". Believe that's a William Blake reference.
You've just made the creeper fandom x 10 more cultured
I think this might be a sign that the band supports Karaoke. I should make a point of getting on this... >,>
Please do!
I feel so powerful listening to this while walking through college 😍
this song reminds me Trash by Suede. i'm dig it!

me too! I bought mcr merch and thought who would buy a creeper shirt here… should’ve bought one 😅
@@davidhelmut26 absolutely. I feel silly about it, too

I'm so hyped for the album
I saw your comment 5 months ago, yesterday when they released the album I remembered you.. Go give it a try if you haven't yet, it's pretty dope.

I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! Never thought I would have my name (right spelling and all) be a song, let alone have it be this good!
Right?!!?? And no mention of a doll or Poe?! 🤷
No for real same here! I was like ooh and it's the actual right spelling lol
Its impossible for anything they release to not be amazing
WOW. This is so good
Fabulous Killjoy YES
AND ALSO I FOUND YOU AGAIN
mcr meets old p!atd meets idkhow meets cult meets christmas vibes
It’s like Three Cheers meets Vices & Virtues
@Jord ooh you like palaye royale too?

I only hear MCR our of the ones i know.
i hear mcr mixed with suede's coming up era

the one dislike is from the stranger upset he's not part of this album's lore xx
at the end it says: "What pitying angel lusts for tears and fans himself with sighs"

saw u guys open up for alice cooper, it was a great show
Man. This is such a wonderful song
The fog machine puff at "getting high" was a nice touch 👌
Saw them last night supporting the cult and alice cooper. Really enjoyed them. Reminded me of aurelio voltaire
Nice
Sounds amazing 😁 More like 'Eternity, In Your Arms' in a way 😜🖤🤘
This song certainly needs more popularity.
This is DEFINETLY my favorite song on the album!!!
I just clicked on this song because it's my name, but this is pretty good and very catchy. I'm surprisingly impressed.
Sameee I just hate that mine is spelled "Anabelle"
You guys can go ahead and send me the whole album. I won't tell or share I promise.
ANUTHUH ONE.
Another great fricken song. Love it!
If this is how the decade begins keep them rock songs coming baby. Really good song.

Fantastic song!!!!!!
These guys are going to be huge. They're like a British AFI!
After seeing Gould in a Suede shirt I'm 100% positive this tune is taking some major cues from them.
The beat sounds so similar to another song but I just can’t remember what it is and it’s bugging me so much! This is such a good song though
This got me in the first second. Yes, I'm new to this.
He's right ya know... god can't save us, rock like this can.
This is fantastic
I definitely need the album on vinyl !
❤ Creeper. Reminds me of ads for Silk Cut😅
I absolutely love this songgggggggg
Saw you guys at the Alice Cooper show in London last month. Brilliant shit you're doing here. Can't wait for you guys to get big.

This song is being played at my funeral when leaving the church 😈
I'm willing to bet that they'll support MCR in the UK show in June. Maybe I'm biased because I really want them to and I'm probably going but oh well.
Nah they are playing at a festival when my Chem are playing
