Ingredients:
1 zucchini.
Salt to taste.
50 grams (1.8 ounces) cheese.
Cottage cheese 200 g (7 oz).
A clove of garlic.
Parsley.
3 eggs.
A tablespoon of sour cream.
Panko Breadcrumbs 100g (3.6oz).
Dry garlic.
Oregano.
Olive oil 1 teaspoon.
Hard cheese 50 g (1.8 oz).
Cornstarch.
Place in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes.
Sauce:
4 tablespoons sour cream or natural yogurt.
A clove of garlic.
soy sauce 1 teaspoon.
Parsley.
