This is a super cool concept! I was worried for a second that you’d end up with a warlock without eldritch blast, but luckily you got it on the reroll! Also your voice is incredibly relaxing!
No, you cannot have expertise unless a feature says it explicitly gives you expertise. If you get proficiency in the same skill from say a background or a feature, then you can pick another skill instead. Otherwise, nothing happens. Also, you don't roll your hit dice on the first level. First level is always hit point max (aka hit dice + con mod) and from level 2 and onwards, you roll. So you should have 8 hp.
I don't know how much analysis I could offer as a noob, but mayhaps I should do a follow up video. I was also wondering if people would want to see a follow up with leveling the character up all the way to level 20 making random choices. Thanks for watching and for the suggestion!
@@Noob_DnD_Dad As a "noob", maybe your insights are even more valuable to the community when playing that character. Just small bits of what you experienced could add a lot of value. Maybe you could forget about doing that as a player and apply the same approach as a DM... just spamming ideas here hahaha

Ah! Thank you so much! I was looking at that starting HP and didn't see a roll, but I guess I got excited about rolling 😃
This is a fun idea. I hoped you'd do some analysis of how feasible that character would be by the end of the video tho...

@tukman16 bring on the spam! Thank you
I played along and got an aasimar barbarian with the soldier background.
Yes! So glad you could join me! Do you think your character or mine could be viable in a game? Or is random a bad idea?
First Comment I'm honored. I love the idea of a random character.
Yes! I've been really wanting to see what kind of jank would come out if everything was random. Thanks for being here!
