This is some of the greatest editing and directing done for TV streaming format - hell... done for film... - Fargo Season 4 was a treat - and I like how odd seasons are set like Fargo at the time Fargo was released (fairly recent - happening not to far from the present) It's almost like it's two separate shows - Great bands reinvented themselves every album - Fargo does this with the passion for all that is Fargo - and in many way's outshine the original (respectfully) much like Stevie Ray Vaughn would do a Hendrix cover - he's not better than Jimi or the other way around , it's not about that - He respected Jimi Hendrix and did some tracks paying tribute to one of the people who significantly influenced him- and did a damn good job at it at that. If it begins with an odd number it takes in or near the present - much like Fargo original form ( but is it? ) a lot of people who see Fargo for the first time see it as a time piece so how fitting is it to really delve into creative toolbox and take on a prequel setting - the good news is Fargo Season 6 will be based on a story that happens in prequel form. The series run - and I hope it's not for a long time from now, will also end on a time piece season (an even season not odd number - even is for lore - odd is for perhaps most inventive and the heart and soul sure, but you build backwards with these even season gems) The final Fargo Season will be Fargo Series Lore (an Even Season Number) and tie up a bunch of points they did a good job with anyway - but when you look at the most innovative directors and story tellers of our time, who respect just .. great directors and saw the magic in the original Fargo I did years ago - This is really Fargo Evolved. I try to incorporate what I see and study from the Directors into my stupid cinematic (not gameplay - I'm telling a story within the constructs of a game that I can utilize pretty well as a virtual cast that takes forever to setup and .. sometimes the slightest script error will cause me to lose a day's worth of work - What I'm saying is I put hundreds of hours into my stuff and I do it because Noah Hawley's imagination sparked mine - I worship his vision like I'm sure he to the Coehn - Let's be honest - everything they have done is better than our highest rated movies - its a new era and they define it - I not only tell stories a different way , but I view life a different way - specifically because of Noah sharing his imagination with us - Its.. just .. the best and I don't gush over stuff - Factually speaking, Fargo as a series is the best ever created (and I am and will forever be a hard-core Wire and Sopranos - deadwood can't forget deadwood enthusiast) Fargo Series is light years beyond boomer (nothing but respect for my elders but hear me out) in the heat of the night series that was based off a movie that was acclaimed in their time. There are probably better examples but you get the point if you are still reading -Fargo season 2 is not just best season of Fargo, but the best Series of any media in my generation (im split between X and Millennial technically by DOB so I embrace both)
