Man, thank you for sharing your knowledge on this! I'm new to Nautilus and I've been failing to load up 3 sample libraries all day. I hit a wall in auto loading more than 1 library due to default save location. This video has given me the tools and information to go back and put them where I can use them. I'll put it into practice tomorrow and I'll sleep much better now :) Many thanks indeed!
Thank you for watching! I hope you find many videos on my channel that help you with your keyboard journey! There are plenty of options! Stay connected! I appreciate the support!
Julius, Thankyou for the M1 download video. I find your teaching very easy to follow. Being an old fella it takes me a bit longer to get my head around the tech. However I’ve successfully downloaded the M1 package with no problems while following your instructions. Keep up the good work.
Thanks sir!!! I appreciate the kind words!! I've been trying to figure out how to be just as detailed but drop my video times down significantly. I've had a lot of people comment about the pace that I move at being good for them. Thanks for the feedback though. Again, it's much appreciated!!! And please stay connected and check out the other Nautilus videos.
Good point Julius. So many people with good intentions rush through their instructions to the detriment of the subject. They assume that us mere mortals know as much as they do which is not true. The pace that you teach works very well for me. My age is 72. Reasonably tech savvy but relatively new to online instruction. Thanks again. Don’t shorten the vids.
Thank you. This has been very helpful. Wish I had known this when I first started loading third party content and additional Korg content. Would have prevented a lot of grief.

This was a great video. That's exactly what I had a problem with. I received the Nautilus 73 , 5 days ago, for which I bought a couple of library from the KORG Shop. I had a problem with the KApro Symphinic Dreams library. I also saw that they specified a factory bank where it must be loaded, but it can also be modified. I changed from the KORG T bank to A bank. It worked, but in the performance the sounds weren't right, but your video helped. The other thing I'm currently having trouble with is the Wave Sequence. When I loaded them, it got pretty confusing with the sounds. I think the data is not in the right place. I see that you can also change the place where I load it. Is Global - Basic Setup - Change all bank references the solution here as well? Another question. The KApro Symphonic Dreams library consists of 4 volumes, but none of them contain 128 sounds, but a maximum of 64. I saw that it is possible to modify a bank, but it is possible to fill in the rest in the empty parts. I mean, for example, after Vol 1, which is 64 sounds, should I load Vol 2 after that? Currently, I have saved the 4-volume library in KORG banks A, B, C, D, but there are empty spaces in each bank. I would like to sort the sounds and copy the following one after the other, but at the moment I can only copy one by one. Is there another option?
Julius do you know anything about loading SoundFont2/.SF2 files into the Kronos? I sampled Omnisphere and want to put a multiple velocity sample into the Kronos and I can only do that with a .SF2 file. Now, it loads to RAM and because the file is so large - Kronos won't allow me to load files >500MB to RAM - it won't load the file. I want to load to SSD and not to RAM.
Okay: once again, as usual, you have done your very best to make a very complicated set up as relatively simple as possible. why Korg has to have this serpentine method is beyond me.....one thing I still don't understand: when I read or watch stuff about this, there is this business where you have only loaded "demo" versions, and before you can actually use them, they have to be "authorized" with a certain code....I don't see this mentioned in your video: does this only apply to certain 3rd party additions? thanks, Julius...
Yes that demo function allows users to try libraries under their fingertips and get a feel for them before paying to fully authorize them. Korg has been doing that since the first Kronos.
Oh ok. Did you back them up before you tried loading the m1 stuff? If you did they will be easy to get back. If not, they are most likely gone. If you did, they would be located in the PCG file that you saved.
