Thanks for your efforts in correcting these misconceptions. Can you please include complete reference of the actual hadith (with translation) that you discuss. You don't have to mention in your dialogue but it will be a good proof point if you include the text on the screen while you are talking about it. I know it is more editing work but it will bring enormous weight to your arguments.

Hamza bhai you said right do write the contract between 2 parties when you invest in some one business otherwise they changed the interpretation. Same happened to us in 2011 my mother is a widow and having 2 daughters only. Mama invested 20lac in his Puphas's business they don't allow us(daughters) to sit and made decision with mama why? Because we are educated and my mama is not. They said to my mama oh you don't trust us! Then my mama invested 20lac without any documentation and they said we give you 18k monthly against 20 lac. They said to my mom "apni betiyon ko control mn rkho bhaag jein ge itny paisy ly k Kisi k sath. Baji hum ap ko ghar bna k dain gy hajj krwein gy annually profit loss b hoga." They gave 18k every month but we requested them on phone calls, have to pay rent and bills. Now 2021 they said paisa dhoob gya Meri mama ko jhoota Kaha. And in close relatives nobody stand against them. We became jhooty.. We are so devastated now and put the mamla on Allah..

اسلام و علیکم حمزہ بھائی اور حسن بھائی ... میں ہمیشہ سوچتی تھی کہ الله نے اس زمین پر دو شعور رکھنے والے مرد اور عورت کے حقوق کو جب برابر کہا تو مرد ہی کو زیادہ تر جگہوں پر فضیلت کیوں دی گئی عورت کی شکل کا بھی پردہ آواز تک کا پردہ کیسے ان کو برابری کے درجے پہ قائم رکھ سکتا ہے . اگراللہ نے مجھے اس فرق کو محسوس کرنے والی سوال اٹھانے والی سوچ دی ہے تو پھر لازماً علماء کو اس بات کو سمجھنے میں یقیناً غلط فہمی ھوئی ہے یہ فہم میں نا آنے والی بات ہے کہ دو لوگوں یعنی مردو عورت میں ایک تو ہر کام کر سکتا ہے آزادانہ باہر جا سکتا ہے بات کر سکتا ہے جب کر عورت کی آواز تک کا پردہ پھر کیسے ھو سکتا ہے انسانی دماغ اس لاجک کو ایکسپٹ کیسے کرسکتا ہے . جبکہ دینی فرائض کی ادائیگی میں کوئی فرق نہیں رکھا گیا تو پھر یہاں کیوں " ؟ اس پروگرام نے میرے دماغ میں الجھے دھاگوں کو کھولا ہے . اور اللہ سے پیار مزید بڑھا ہے وہ واقعی ہی حکیم وبصیر ہے . جب دو کھلاڑیوں کا انعام ایک جیسا ہے تو پھر حققوق بھی یقیناً same ھونے چاہئیے . الله تعالٰی آپ دونوں کو اور آپکے اور ھمارے جلیل ولقدر استاز غامدی صاحب کو اور آپکی ٹیم کو اجرئے عظیم عطا کرے . امین
As for the women’s witness,Primarily, this was said because of the harmonal changes that a woman goes through during her monthly cycle or post natal period where forgetfulness may occur and is also scientifically proven that there is a memory loss during this time. Secondly, women in those days were not so financially acumen as they are now, hence Allah says to accompany another woman with you if she forgets. Hence only one woman will give the witness not two together,the other will only prompt Incase one forgets.
Menustration has nothing to do with forgetfulness . I am a doctor and i am telling you that. Please rethink.

umm ..... some scholars say that according to the verse of Quran 4:34 ..men are the officers on women...so a woman can't be a leader of a nation as obviously it constitutes of men also......but ghamidi sir say that it's for the relationship of husband-wife...So I'm asking that how do we come to know that Quran is talking about husband over wife or overall men over women?

Ghalat. 1/3 wasiyat sirf ghair haqdaar aur sadaqat pe mehdood hai, warison pe nahin. Warison ke liye wasiyat kar bhi nahin saktey. Unko apni marzi ke mutabik jitna chahen aur jaise chahen khud ki hayat zindagi mein hi de dein to woh jayez hai. Zindagi ke dauran Surah Nisaa ke kanoon apply nahin hotey, sirf maut ke baad hotey hain. Agar beti ko tamaam maal ki haqdaar banani hai to beshak hayatgi ke dauraan banaa lein. Koi maslaah nahin.

عورتوں کے بارے میں وہ پانچ باتیں
جو اکثر مردوں کو یاد ہوتی ہیں
1- *"إِنَّ كَيْدَكُنَّ عَظِيمٌ"*
عورتوں کی چال بہت خطرناک ہوتی ہے
2 - *"مَثْنَىٰ وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ"*
دو، تین، چار عورتوں سے نکاح کرو.
3- *"النساء ناقصات عقل و دين"*
عورتیں عقل اور دین کے اعتبار سے ناقص ہوتی ہیں
4- *"الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ"*
مرد عورتوں پر سربراہ ہیں.
5- *"لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الأُنثَيَيْنِ"*
(وراثت میں) مرد کے لیے دو عورتوں کے برابر حصہ ہے.
عورتوں کے بارے میں وہ پانچ باتیں جو اکثر مردوں کو یاد نہیں رہتیں
1- *"وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ"*
عورتوں کے ساتھ بھلائی کے ساتھ زندگی گزارو.
2- *"استوصوا بالنساء خيرا"*
عورتوں کے بارے میں میری وصیت کا خیال رکھنا .
3- *"رفقا بالقوارير"*
(عورتیں شیشے کی طرح ہیں) ان شیشوں کے ساتھ نرمی سے پیش آؤ
4- *"خيركم خيركم لأهله وأنا خيركم لأهلي"*
تم میں بہترین وہ شخص ہے جو اپنے اہل خانہ کے لیے بہترین ہو او ر میں تم میں اپنے گھر والوں کے لیے سب سے بہتر ہوں.
5- *"ما أكرمهن إلا كريم وما أهانهن إلا لئيم"* عورتوں کی عزت وہی کرے گا جو خود عزت دار ہوگا

جب ہم قرآن کی بات کریں گے تو اعلی سے اعلی عارفانہ مطلب لیں گے۔ یہ آخر پہ ہو نا کیا ہے یہ خوبی ہے؟ آخر پہ ہونا تو بعض حالات میں منفی طور پر لیا جاتا ہے۔
قرآن میں کہیں بھی آخری نبی ہونے کا ذکر نہیں۔ خاتم النبیین سے مراد عزت اور شان کا آخری مقام ہے نہ کہ نمبروں کے لحاظ سے آخری نمبر جو کہ اپنی ذات میں کچھ بھی اہمیت نہیں رکھتا۔ اب z آخر پر ہے تو a سے کیا فضیلت؟۔ ماونٹ ایورسٹ سب سے اونچا مقام ہے اپنی ذات میں یکتا۔ اگر لاکھوں چھوٹے موٹے پہاڑ بھی نئے بنتے رہیں تو ماونٹ ایورسٹ کو کیا فرق؟ اس کو عرفان کہتے ہیں۔
1974 میں خاتم النبیین پر بحث ہی نہیں کی گئ۔ لیکن فیصلے کی بنیاد خاتم النبیین کو بنایا گیا۔
اگر میرے اس فہم کی وجہ سے اگر کوئی مجھے کافر کہے۔ تو ایسے لاکھوں فتوے قبول۔
ایک بھی آیت نہیں جو ختم نبوت کے عقیدے کی تائید کرتی ہو بلکہ کئی آئتیں غیر شرعی نبوت کے جاری ہونے کا اعلان کرتی ہیں۔
آپ کسی عربی سے پوچھ لیں۔ خاتم درجہ کی بلندی کے معنی میں بھی آتا ہو اور مہر کے معنی میں بھی۔ گوگل میں دیں
خاتم الشعراء یہ لقب عربی شاعر متنبی کے بارے ہے جو نبی کریم ص و کے قریب کے زمانے میں گزرا۔ اسی طرح ابن عربی کی کتاب ہے خاتم الا و لیا ء اسی طرح بو علی سینا کی کتاب ہے القانون اس میں انہیں خاتم الحکمۃ کہا گیا۔ تو کیا اب شاعر اولیاء حکیم وغیرہ اس امت میں ختم ہو گئے؟ اور بھی کافی مثالیں دی جا سکتی ہیں
سورتہ بقرہ میں ہے کہ اللہ نے ان کے دلوں پر مہر لگا دی۔ تو کیا اللہ اب دلوں پر مہر نہیں لگاتا؟ مہر تصدیق کے لئے استعمال ہوتی ہے۔
اور مہر لگنے کے بعد نہ کچھ اندر جانے اور نہ کچھ باہر نکلنے کا مفہوم لیا جائے تو بات یہ بنے گی کہ اب مزید جہالت بھی اندر داخل نہیں ہو سکتی۔ یہ تو پھر ایک لحاظ سے مہر لگنے والے کے لئے انعام یوا۔jzgghhu777543rghui
I think u have wrong... Interpretation abt Islam. One side u say. Earlier Islamic scholar did misguide us. and another side.. u too bieng misguide. Tell one thing bros. Whenever u perform namaz. Why u do sajda. Rukuh. Neeyat. Only Quran doesn't say anywhere nd. .. one of single aayaat. That how to perform namaz. But know from hadith. Who written earlier islamic scholar.. hense that is also controdiction which you yourself try to impose us..
