I was at a gig in Sydney on the night before New Years Eve 1979 at the Brighton on Oxford Street if my memory is correct where Nick with the Boys Next Door performed this and other songs. I did not know at the time that it was the last performance in Sydney before the band broke up and Nick headed to England. The music was good but there was obvious tension between band members. The Boys Next Door were popular with some of my friends from uni but they did not get much coverage on commercial radio. It was the first and sadly the last time that I saw them live. We had a good night though.
