lebron isn't playing good defense this year. is that fair to say? look at the defensive stats. and durant on offense is incredible. they are both great passers. i will say that lebron is a better passer. and lebron is the tallest on the starting 5 so ofcourse he gets a little more rebounds. overall- kd is the better player this season and last post- season.

This is why I've always said that Lebron and Steph have been true rivals. They may not play the same position, but in terms of star power and the way they've played against each other, they are the definition of a rivalry. Before KD joined the Warriors, he had an absolute god awful record against Lebron. Before KD joined the Warriors, wanna guess Steph's record against Lebron? 11-11. That's no joke. They were trading wins and losses for years. KD was just an outsider. When he joined the Warriors, the media immediately wanted to crown him the face of the franchise and after the finals, the best player. But no. He doesn't get to leapfrog Steph, especially since Steph is the only reason KD has had any success against Lebron.
The top 2 players are Steph Curry and Lebron James. Which one you think is better isn't really the point. The point is, KD doesn't get to enter that conversation. And I don't hold his decision to join the Warriors against him. I believe he should be able to join any team he wants. But I refute the idea that he's allowed to leapfrog everyone just because the media wants something to talk about.

Now if LeBron went to Sacramento or Phoenix and dominated, then yeah, you can say he went with role players and killed it. Even this year, they completely blew up the team because it wasn't working, that shows that even LeBron can't do it alone. Also, one team's role player is another team's impact starter, it depends on the system and the other teammates. If a team doesn't value a versatile big man but another team can't defend the paint and rebound, guess what, that same guy looks very different on those 2 teams.

GS can't change their seeding and are figuring out who gets playoff minutes, wins/losses don't matter. The cavs were at risk of missing the playoffs if they went on a small losing streak. That's the major difference. Watch games and not stats.

Hopefully, Thunder upsets one of two Rockets or Warriors 'cuz nobody respects their potential.
If you watch their games you know, that the biggest issue is the gap between OKC big 3 and the bench.
When the rest of the staff play at least at the normal level, there is no problem. When bench loses 38-14 like they did in the game vs Golden lately, they lose... (by a small gap).
Coach Donnavan just started to handle the rotation and matching it with the game flow. Melo sat one 4th quarter now Adams.
It would be nice if he checked Melo going alone with the second unit instead of George because PG struggles when Westbrook is out. He is shooting like 1/10 from the three-point line and 30% FG... Do you remember the beginning of the season? Russel was extra friendly and it didn't help a lot. Pacers play better without George, he must have realized by now he's great second punch.
I think that OKC would gell perfectly if George has made a commitment to stay there. Instead of building a new force you are still watching an experiment. Shame there were no trades before the deadline, Avery Bradley or Tyreke Evans would suit and made them one of 3 to discuss going out of the West. Its good Brewer is there he replaces Roberson well enough.
Russell has extra tension because of Durant leaving, but I haven't seen anybody to complain about playing with him. Maybee the case is to catch up with a player who gives extra effort every night and never stops going at you?
They don't have the roster, but they have got the power to win with anybody in the 7 games series. It's all about the adjustments. This is not the player's case, not those who try to do their best to win. It' about coaching. They miss something from the sideline, the same thing with the Cavaliers. The players get blame for their bad decisions.

I’m a KD fan and even though KD does more better things then lebron on a check list I still think that lebron is overall better. However why is that when lebron gets blown out and team has bad losses it’s because “Cavs don’t care about regular season” then warriors lose and still will probably win 60 games the player gets picked apart. Warriors are locked in to 2nd seed and I really think they aren’t giving it their all as Kerr said.
