Every time I tell people about this cartoon they tell me it doesn't exist, for a longtime I thought it was a fever dream I must of had. So it's good to see that it's on YT
It was because of the Late Ron Moody who voiced Zudo that I still remember the Telebugs after all this time. The way he made the 4th Evil Telebug say "Zudo Power...Evil Ok! Evil Ok!" Naturally it was all the Professor's Cat who MADE him so messed up, he had every right to be annoyed at him! Zudo really gave his fellow Telebugs a run for their money and he was just ONE against THREE! Thanks for putting this up!
Wow, 33 years later and I find the thing that scared the shit out of my as a...i guess 4 or so year old, (I always remembered it, vaguely) something still off putting about zudo.... XD
RIP Ron Moody. It's strange, last Friday today, I went to a charity shop and found and bought a book of THE TELEBUGS and watched the very first episode on YT and now I heard Ron Moody has passed away.
I wonder if QSY, the name of the mining company (how 80s!.. and a a Welsh miner too!!) is reference to ham radio Q-code (change transmission frequency?).
Does anyone remember a cartoon a bit like this, it had flying robots and they were constantly navigating a sort of virtual reality maze with different levels (which were even numbered like in a video game)? When I found this, I thought this was it, but the setting is different.
I'm from the Philippines and the intro you're talking about was the same that was used here. I believe Chip was saying, "I calculate, there is a mean delay of point zero____ nanoseconds in translating Urdu to Japanese." He also said there "So, an electric toothbrush would have known better than to trust Arcadia." I'm also looking for that intro here on UA-cam.
I remember this cartoon, but its Italian introduction was different. There were the main characters talking and introducing themselves, and Chip said he could do something in a certain number of nanoseconds. I remember it because it was the first time I heard the word "nanoseconds". Was that introduction ever broadcast anywhere else?
I still remember that “Evil OK, Evil OK”!

Thanks heaps for this SAMANTHAtelebug !! What a classic from the youngen days!! Still love it!
@Dakatt1 - sounds like Telebugs. The computer was called 'Angel Brain' if I remember correctly.
I used to love this show as a pre-schooler, “up your baud rate Samantha!” No wonder I turned out to be a nerd.

Surely the late Ron Moody's greatest role.
Another example of quality t.v. you don't see anymore.
This is the most low budget, fast paced show imaginable, as much as I love it, so there is much better out there
@@neuravanny Yes, but consider the era it's from, compared to what we have today.
Nostalgic jewel ˆwˆ
That's when I started school
You can have your PICKLED HERRINGS when I finish CONSTRUCTING MY TELEBUG!

Did you ever find out what this was?
It's the first thing I thought of when I heard he'd past.

i’m gonna guess zudo thinks evil is okay
I think I have a crush on zudo. From the first time I saw him, I blushed so much. Like seriously I do love him.
Damn it, now I have a crush on him because of you >///

@Dakatt1 Watch episode of 1 on this on UA-cam. Question answered.
This is why we don't let pets in the workshop, folks.
