Obi, I am not agree with you to say that the Nigeria 's draw with Rwanda, it was because the pitch wasn't good. The pitch was very fantastic and even players can be witness of that. May be Nigeria expected to win Rwanda easily and they got surprised about the game Rwanda played, and it should be reason of that draw!!!
Those who don't know are unaware that Mikel has no choice to be biased towards Eguavoen because Eguavoen took Mikel,Isaac Promise and others to their first U17 world cup tournament that got them noticed and Promise,Mikel were sold to Lyn Oslo before Manchester United bought him and then Mikel messed up the deal and ran to Chelsea!
So Eguavoen is like a godfather to Mikel regarding his career and success!
80% of Nigerians still feel Mikel had his career was destroyed at Chelsea because Mikel was an attacking midfielder who may have taken the Okocha mantle in providing goals and assists!
Nobody saw him as a defensive midfielder and would never have played that role at Manchester United!
On the other hand Mikel was the only player that had real success in Europe from the Nigerian U17, U20 and U23 squads he participated in those world cups!
So,he did well bcos players like James Obiorah who were better than Mikel never got the opportunity to play regularly for Nigeria despite their talent but Mikel was always invited and in the frame despite his hesitancy to accept call ups which frustrated coaches and fans in Nigeria!
Those who don't know remember Rabiu Ibrahim,Haruna Lukman were juniors to Mikel who fell by the wayside but James Obiorah was his senior who just got frustrated by the national team coaches!

Why is it that everything about mikel’s obione podcasts is all about Chelsea Chelsea Chelsea. Victor osimhen should go to Chelsea, a former Chelsea player is indirectly been advertised for coaching job of our national team here. Common Mikel diversify ur thought process and contents. Your podcast shouldn’t be all about Chelsea. Go out of that box man. For me Austin Eguavoen should continue as national team coach
