@@hikoplays There is an exploit in the game right now that some people are using to open up build privileges in warehouses. It even allows you to take the blocks. I haven't seen camodo's video so I don't know if he did it but that may be what he used to build inside the warehouse.
@@gamersprofile7169 its not an exploit. It was made by the devs on purpose and can be accessed in the game files. You do /decrypt and it disables the encryptors that stop you breaking blocks

When you get lag during a raid, the physic engine simulates only a few frames per seconds instead of 60 times seconds like normal. So it's skipping ahead in the collision and this is why your crushing mechanism glitch only during the raids. To fix this bug they need to optimize the raids, but the game is already amazing and I don't blame them because a open world survival is pretty hard to optimise xD
I figured out the lore of scrap mechanic survival and it basically goes that there was a thriving surviving island and they started making robots to help them with their jobs but then suddenly the robots started an uprising and started killing their masters the tape bots taped up all the entrances to the warehouses trapping anyone in and killing them the survivors were trapped in cages by hay bots there was one survivor who start a trade route when he heard news of a dwarf crashed on the island and surviving and now to this day that survivor fights off the robots who are now sworn to destroy the very thing they're created to protect utilizing their harvesting tools to destroy anything in their path and the warehouses have now been completely taken over by the tape bots who are likely utilizing the factories to make new bots such as more tape bots greenies hay bots even the big bosses By the way the crash-landed dwarf who is now surviving is you the player
1 think i found out something that may help alot. You can build in a warehouse on a lift, i haven't tried this yet but you should be able to place a bed inside the warehouse and redrawn there. Please and try and let ScrapMan see this. Also you can place a lift in the elevator door way to block it. The walls move inside the elevator to look like ur moving even tho ur not. And, red tape bots deal 10 damage so dont be scared of them they do nothing. With that wall near the loot room, place a lift, and then put an explosive on top of that and it might work

@3:00 approx I think they rev up and if they hit an enemy, they will do more damage at full speed :-D You should add 2 more drills on the front wheels to keep the haybot from getting into the mid maybe? :-D Perhaps try doing a side drift into a haybot with your rear wheel at full speed, and see if it shreds him :-D

ScrapMan, instead of the giant crusher I think it will be a good idea to make a giant funnel using saw blades and the funnel leads to a mounted spud gun in the middle that would have a sensor and when it detects a farm bot for example it will shoot and therefore killing it. I think that’s a good idea but I don’t know if it will work, I really hope you see this.(love your content)
SM there are 2 Encryptors per Warehouse each color has its own meaning to it, the Orange one is the "Anti Connection" Encryptor, that one disables the function for you to use your Connection tool. The Blue colored room where the Loot is on the opposite side of that is the "Anti Destrcution" Encryptor, that one disables the function to collect and build blocks an co. Btw. you are able to use these Encryptors on your Vehicles with the same effect, but only for other players so dont think that you cannot acces your vehicle anymore. If you want to know how i know this, there is a Developer mode you can enter by modifying a script file.
Those red and blue things on the doors are the incriptors. The blue one is for not allowing to build or delete and the red one is for hiding connections. And the thing with the lightning icon that we saw in the trailer is a swich. Prof is in creative.

Actually, from my knowledge, the bots will spawn in a flanking formation dependent on your position in comparison to the farm. When ScrapMan had his seat near the back of the farm more greenies were swimming from the back side due to ScrapMan's position in comparison to the farm. Now everyone shush.

Emerald is right, and Drax is not. You can easily see that the bots don’t go around to the sides, because they get crushed first. The greenies can swim, that’s how they get over there, and that time the hay bot got over there was probably a glitch where it was allowed to swim somehow. It’s pretty clear I don’t know how the hay bot got over there so what I said was just a theory. So somebody should tell you to think before you speak. 🙄

You need to go inside the room next to the loot room, get a explosive, and blow up the left wall to be able to break blocks. If you want to loot everything, the same rules apply for the loot room except for the right wall
Third person in warehouses ScrapMan! Corner peeking is so strong, the bots all randomly turn and pace, so you can crouch sneak up behind them. My first Warehouse was a 4 floor I completed with a hammer because I couldn’t afford a gun yet lol
Hey ScrapMan, this is what the cook bot is good for. The burgers that you get from it, also brings your health back to 100% not just your food and water. So if you get hit by a tapebot, you can eat one and have full health, hunger, and thirst. Just a thought in case you do any more warehouse raids.
For quick and safe jump from the warehouse you can place the lift on the edge of the roof, then make a little block plate on it and then place any seat on the plate. Then you just take the lift and slide down. Also you can take all blocks and structures the same way, just drop it from the roof)
Don't make the Crusher go all the way down. Let him stop three blocks above it. It's enough to kill. You can also make it lighter with one or two free blocks of air in between. The pistons will work much better. If you want to take a lot from the roof, pack boxes in the inventory. Fill them on the roof and kick them over the roof before you jump yourself.

Seeing as your going through a warehouse in this episode again... the 2 end rooms are as follows: - orange sign room, connection encryptor - blue sign room, destruction encryptor I saw the name of them while i was in creative yesterday setting up for some survival testing for my V2 guide.
Scrapman! Take the bearings off the saws, that may help. And putting a big chest connected to your ammo can will give you lots of spuds on your gat car. Also gat car should have a button instead of switch. Hopefully multiplayer monday / trailmakers tuesday will be back next week!!

Helpful tip: You actually won't die when falling from a distance that would kill you, because when you take damage from the fall, you instantly recover some health due to the fact that you have full hunger and thirst. Because of this, the system detects your death too late and doesn't kill you since you still have a bit of health left. This information was gathered from my observations, feel free to prove me wrong.

It's simple rotation that activates tools. This is why haybots explode if they push themselves into sawblades on bearings, and greenies get their invulerable glitch, even if you don't turn on what they are connected to to power them.
I love how Scrap Mechanic presents it's narrative with just the enemies alone. Think about it! Tapebots, just like the player, take two hits to kill (not counting headshots), but they have superior aim and reaction time. They seem like they are better than humans. Yet we have something they don't: Creativity and Adaptability. The player builds contraptions to fight the bots and hones his gun skills. Those traits, which manifest the most in The Mechanic (player character) are what allows the human race to survive against the robotic onslaught, even though the bots have the advantage.
I built the pistons over the crushing plate instead of around the farm, way more stable Also there are some lootable materials on the ground as well, not only the guard houses but also some railings and container shacks with nice beefy pipes and pipes (size is something between the regular 1x1 and the big 3x3 pipes)

You can gather everything lootable on the warehouse roof into a big welded mass, move it via lift to the edge and basically toss it off. You can even slap a seat on it and ride it down. It's how I stole the radio tower off a small warehouse. Welded most of it to the ground afterwards so I could come back later for more of it that wouldn't fit in my invo/cargo space.
Scrapman: *finds bag with component kits, circuit boards, milk, sun shake, etc.* Also Scrapman: My first toilet, we've been through so much! Me: Really that's what you're so happy about, not the component kits that you need so much for so many things, not the milk and sun shake for hunger and thirst.

In every warehouse you are garanteed to get 5 broccoli seeds, 5 pineapple seeds, 10 component kits, a common garment box, a rare garment box and an epic garment box. There are also 4 golden look boxes and youll get some random items out of those.
Hey Scrapman may I suggest to put your turret on top of your vehicle and try to make turn at a 360° and make it turn up and down, because doing this will help shoot the boys in all direction :)
You could put 1 block pillars on the inside corners of the squisher, (connected to the ground, going up as high as the platform) so it would have a rail of sorts, to guide it.
Idea: if there is room under the car, mount on pistons a platform on a bearing. Flip a switch, you're a stationary turret with 360 degree field of fire. Drive to the warehouse gate, go ham on the charging tape bots. :P This is assuming the car could take a few tapebot hits without damage. Not something I've tested yet. I

Instead of using a crusher, use a giant pusher with holes in it so that you can shoot the bots when they come for the farm, just make the contraption push on all three main sides
You can increase ammo storage in your war vehicle by sticking an upside down large chest directly on top of the ammo storage box. Same goes for fuel, water, and batteries.

The elevator was broken for me, i couldn't go up to the roof and i was obligated to cheat to get out.
Its kinda dumb cose i mostly do the were house for the blocks on top of it

Try makeing a seat ladder or just build up
I tried to get in through the roof so I get into the warehouse, but my world got corrupted and had to quite literally hack to fix it.
I mean just dont go trough it for getting to the roof. Make a simple piston machine upwardd somehow and just steal it that way

Hey ScrapMan, this is what the cook bot is good for. The burgers that you get from it, also brings your health back to 100% not just your food and water. So if you get hit by a tapebot, you can eat one and have full health, hunger, and thirst. Just a thought in case you do any more warehouse raids.

For quick and safe jump from the warehouse you can place the lift on the edge of the roof, then make a little block plate on it and then place any seat on the plate. Then you just take the lift and slide down. Also you can take all blocks and structures the same way, just drop it from the roof)

Don't make the Crusher go all the way down. Let him stop three blocks above it. It's enough to kill. You can also make it lighter with one or two free blocks of air in between. The pistons will work much better. If you want to take a lot from the roof, pack boxes in the inventory. Fill them on the roof and kick them over the roof before you jump yourself.

Scrapman! Take the bearings off the saws, that may help. And putting a big chest connected to your ammo can will give you lots of spuds on your gat car. Also gat car should have a button instead of switch. Hopefully multiplayer monday / trailmakers tuesday will be back next week!!

Helpful tip:
You actually won't die when falling from a distance that would kill you, because when you take damage from the fall, you instantly recover some health due to the fact that you have full hunger and thirst. Because of this, the system detects your death too late and doesn't kill you since you still have a bit of health left.

It's simple rotation that activates tools. This is why haybots explode if they push themselves into sawblades on bearings, and greenies get their invulerable glitch, even if you don't turn on what they are connected to to power them.
The back left corner of your crusher is missing, maybe that's causing the glitches (see 30:51).

I love how Scrap Mechanic presents it's narrative with just the enemies alone. Think about it! Tapebots, just like the player, take two hits to kill (not counting headshots), but they have superior aim and reaction time. They seem like they are better than humans. Yet we have something they don't: Creativity and Adaptability. The player builds contraptions to fight the bots and hones his gun skills. Those traits, which manifest the most in The Mechanic (player character) are what allows the human race to survive against the robotic onslaught, even though the bots have the advantage.

You can gather everything lootable on the warehouse roof into a big welded mass, move it via lift to the edge and basically toss it off. You can even slap a seat on it and ride it down. It's how I stole the radio tower off a small warehouse. Welded most of it to the ground afterwards so I could come back later for more of it that wouldn't fit in my invo/cargo space.

In every warehouse you are garanteed to get 5 broccoli seeds, 5 pineapple seeds, 10 component kits, a common garment box, a rare garment box and an epic garment box. There are also 4 golden look boxes and youll get some random items out of those.
Hey Scrapman may I suggest to put your turret on top of your vehicle and try to make turn at a 360° and make it turn up and down, because doing this will help shoot the boys in all direction :)
You could put 1 block pillars on the inside corners of the squisher, (connected to the ground, going up as high as the platform) so it would have a rail of sorts, to guide it.
Idea: if there is room under the car, mount on pistons a platform on a bearing. Flip a switch, you're a stationary turret with 360 degree field of fire. Drive to the warehouse gate, go ham on the charging tape bots. :P
This is assuming the car could take a few tapebot hits without damage. Not something I've tested yet. I

You can increase ammo storage in your war vehicle by sticking an upside down large chest directly on top of the ammo storage box. Same goes for fuel, water, and batteries.
