In medical term, what is known as vision is called, Visual Acuity. If you go to an Eye Doctor, irrespective your eye problem, Doctor will perform Visual acuity test. Through out the world, visual acuity is tested by some form of Snellen;s chart or Snellen’s vision test types. Both, distant vision and near vision are tested.
