    I was told not to tighten my cap. Maybe I need to tighten it to get more bubbles ?

    I’m using my GT bottles and I’m not getting a lot of carbonation

    Van, u add maple syrup or honey to kefir. I wanna add something, but I read honey. It is bad to add to kombjcha when u drink it, not when u make it I love it tangy I bought probiotics u add in milk to make yogurts but it has 11 types of bacteria when I read kefir has more and it has trillions per cup so I returned the probiotics n got kefir
