Hi there, thanks for the video. Which ball would you recommend for this drill - single-yellow or double-yellow?
I might even suggest starting with a red dot. Believe it or not, that's what I used in the video. I often use a red dot in my videos, but I am constantly stopping and moving the camera or adjusting something, and the ball gets cold quickly.
If on your courts and with your hitting, the red dot is too bouncy, move onto the single yellow and so on. Start with the bounciest one and move on to the less bouncy until you find the right ball for you, the drill and the court conditions.

You are most welcome. In case I wasn't clear in my previous reply, don't be afraid to use different colour dots for different drills - Use the ball that makes squash the most fun. and/or makes it easier to improve.
