Yeah hugs can be really nice if it’s just two people showing appreciation for each other, but when hugs are abused by strangers in a predatory manner without any real respect or appreciation for the person getting it, that’s when it gets really weird.
The hugs themselves aren’t the issue, I think it’s just the selfish intentions of the people forcing them onto others without their genuine consent that’s really shitty.

Yeah for sure, still though I don’t think the people in the video are really doing it as a form of love, it’s a lot more predatory than genuine appreciation, especially since they don’t seem like they care about how the person getting the hug feels, and more so cares about how their appearance can be a means to an end.

She had a few other male friends she did this with, and she'd often go between huggy-flirty-touchy with them, and bragging about how amazing and perfect her real boyfriend is, I'm guessing to stir up jealousy and play with emotions.
