I'm a filipino too.. Cebu city is unique becuse it's a mixed of rural and urban. A place with mid to high rise building with side trees and mountains behind it. There are also few developed areas that are not shown on the video Surabaya on the other hand has a wide landscape which make a better city to develop infrastructure... Kudos to our brothers!! We are proud of you!
