Tbh, Cebu is way ahead and way beyond compare vis-a-vis the other cities shown. In boxing, it's a mismatch. No offense to the other cities featured though. All cities are beautiful in their own right. But apparently, Cebu City stands out in this video. And no bias here because I'm not from Cebu.

May I just share my 50-cents of idea regarding GDP because this is one of the factors being argued about by some netizens who watched this video. It would’ve been better if the author of this video didn’t use VS or compare cities so as to avoid any argument or conflict.
Anyway, for the sake of argument, let’s just say that GDP is one of the indicators of a city’s wealth, overall GDP of a city or a country should be divided by its population in order to obtain a PER CAPITA GDP (PPP) that should be the basis for ranking, not the overall GDP. For example, India and Indonesia both have overall GDPs way bigger than that of Singapore but these two countries are a lot poorer than Singapore which is one of the wealthiest in the world. The basis for ranking used by economists is “Per Capita GDP (PPP),” not overall GDP.
Now, let’s take a look at the Per Capita GDP (PPP) of highly urbanized cities outside of Metro Manila. Wikipedia shows these data as of year 2021, the most recent data available: 1. Baguio City - US$22,362.60, 2. CDO - US$18,078.58, 3. Lapu-Lapu City (LLC) - US$15,160.10, 4. Cebu City - US$14,625.75, 5. Mandaue City - 13,661.68, 7. Iligan City - US$11,362.70, 8. Gen San - US$9,996.43, 9. Puerto Princesa - US$8,654.51, etc.
Based on the data, Baguio city has the highest Per Capita GDP PPP and is ranked first, followed by CDO, LLC, Cebu City, Davao City, Mandaue City, and so on. Based on your assumption about GDP being the best indicator to measure the wealth of a city or a country, can you then conclude that the first top 3 cities (Baguio, CDO, and LLC) are wealthier than Cebu or Davao? Davao is Davao, the crown jewel of all city,. The unique and modern city, a city living with nature, vivrant and colorful. Davao's people united and discpline. That's why davao's nothing to compare.
Not to mention how diverse Davao is. You have the Bangsamoro, Lumad, Visayan and Luzon settlers working for a common goal. I've noticed that Davaweños are a lot more open and less regionalistic, because the region itself is a melting pot.
Davao is boring...no life...like north korea...thats why not so many tourist come there...very far away from cebu city....
