for the new versions dont use the "tp @e[name=stand] ~ ~1 ~" the testfor command is the same and the execute is "execute at @p[tag=stand] run tp @e[name=stand] ^0.5 ^0.5 ^-1 facing @p[tag=stand]" the execute command was changed and now this is what works hope this helps you and sorry if i say something wrong i'm brazilian and don't know too much about english :p
