    I'm trying to find somewhere else in the USA to live, just graduated college and have been in California my whole life. Looking at different states seeing maybe a new place to try out.

    No comparison, Lexington. Lex Vegas is the pinnacle of horse country and is agriculturally centered. Louisville runs the big race but Lexington does the breeding. Keeneland is a world class event.
