This is an honest review and in this video I tested the sound and also the charging time and also the charging current. You will be surprised that some of the things they mentioned in the specs were not accurate at all but you can be the judge of that when you watch the video.

How do i know if its batt full?
Mine just got in yesterday! It’s so good and portable! Great for everyday use to hang with your friends and to listen to music with!

Awesome review. I just bought one yesterday. I went to drain the battery and I was impressed. Almost 12hrs to drain it even though the red led light start flashing after 5-6 hrs. I was playing pandora music through the whole day at 50% volume. I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

Wow. Looks like I'll buy this one too. I still have my JBL GO 1&2 with me and still holding up. Can you make a sound/bass comparison of this and Tronsmart Element T6 and T6 Plus?
Just got one of these from sainsburys for £9 reduced from £35, very pleased! It outperforms my bigger BT speaker.

I felt relieved after knowing that I am not the only one who noticed that charging the Go3 will only take less than 2 hrs versus what is advertised. And playtime only last me for 2 hrs for max volume, at first I thought my Go3 is defective. Thank you for this review!
Same here...2hrs of raw pump volumised music enstead of 5hrs...5hrs maybe when the volume is half or quarter????
Yes 50% volume can get you that much playtime, also depending on the type of music being played.
Same my go 3 last for 1 and a half hour full volume fully charged.
Just got mine yesterday, now comparing to its predecessor Go 3 dos sound far more better than the Go 2 because it has more bass also has more bass that the clip 3 so JBL did a great job on producing this thing.

My JBL GO (original version) is 6 years old now, and the only problem is the battery. It lasts 1.5-2 hrs at half volume. Too bad the design is not meant to be user replaceable. I’ll probably get a Go 3 soon.

Did you ever notice that the USB C cable can be plugged in BOTH WAYS AROUND ON THE USB A SIDE???
Check this out this cable is insane, I only wish it was longer!
Of course the sound quality and volume are not the same as bigger speakers. But man, I can carry this speaker wherever I go. It is loud, it sounds clear, and it's waterproof
GO3 being waterproof makes it even more worth it.

Hello guyz, I am looking for bluetooth speaker for summer,I found JBL Go 3. Is there any better speaker for this price????
It's small it has a fast connection with a device thanks to bleutooth version 5.1 battery is pretty short. the bass is clear to hear.

Have you tried using a wired connection? Maybe if using the type c port/usb or aux cable to usb converter. I’m planning to buy one to connect to a TV that is not bluetooth ready but has usb port/aux socket. Thanks!

My biggest cons for my Go 3 is the lack of aux port, that factor makes the older version so much better
Just don't use AUX, almost 2022 and every phone ( 99%) has Bluetooth.This thing is designed to be used outdoors, if you training or running the cable creates a problem

Aux is very old and unreliable. Also that would remove the water proof that it has which honestly, it’s never gonna be worth that
@@grandtheftgameryt besides Go 3 I also have the Go 2, its also waterproof even if it has an aux port. Anyway, JBL never dissapoint
@@ayi7335 it’s got a silly flap which is almost impossible to open. They listened to people when they removed it as people with short fingernail literally could not open it on most JBLS
These cons are very tinny as compare to it pros. I recommend it.

Se que aquí no hablan español, pero aún así quiero dejar mi experiencia con este altavoz.
El altavoz tiene un muy buen sonido, me sorprendí realmente al escucharlo por primera vez, al igual que mis amigos al escucharlo, no falla con la resistencia al agua ni al polvo, he regresado con el altavoz lleno de tierra y funciona a la perfección.
Pero, sus 4.2 watts de potencia no le son suficientes en exteriores, tienes que subirle mucho para que se escuche óptimamente, pero en interiores o lugares no tan abiertos se comporta excelente.
Cualquier duda o comentario pueden responder en Inglés o español, se leer inglés pero no redactarlo al 100%

@@tulectura8862 holi bro, después de 7 meses puedo decir que no suena igual:/, aunque posiblemente fue por tantas caídas que tuvo ( no es broma, una vez estaba haciendo parkour cuando el clip donde lo había puesto se venció y callo de aproximadamente 3 metros de altura ) a volúmenes máximos empieza ya a distorsionar un poco, en general en los agudos, suena como si estuviera con algo de arenilla ( aunque ya le he dado limpieza profunda para averiguar si es por ello su sonido pero sin resultado alguno ) y siendo honesto llega a molestar bastante, al menos a mi que soy muy exigente con mis cosas :/, pero te comento que pueden ser por tantas caídas que ha tenido el altavoz, ya que han sido demasiadas y bastante fuertes.

It all depends on the bass of the music, I'm lucky if I get 2 hours, I listen alot to hip-hop and reggae so it's normal when you get that amount of playtime at loud volume.
So 50% volume will get you more playtime.

That sounds like a fake, I've never heard a real JBL use a voice for low battery warning.
Yes I am okay with the half and I'm charging I actually have it as long as it works I can listen to my music with it and sounds good I'm happy
I actually realize it's better it's slow so it doesn't ruin the battery in the long run.

I bought it online through a site called shopee but the official site might have been out of stock with the colors that I showed. Depending on where you're from.

Can I make calls with it? I mean when I make a call will the Sound of the speaker be heard from the speaker itself while I can talk to the other end through my phone?
I don't mind if the speaker itself doesn't have a mic.
The audio call will still come through the phones earpiece or on loudspeaker. It doesn't have the option of letting you hear it through the GO3.
JBL GO3 is on Sale RN, And im Planning to Save up and Buy it.
I like mine it's what I expected for the price if I wanted top bass and quality I'd have paid more for a bigger speaker I do like that it's waterproof and dust proof perfect for taking fishing

Yes you can but it will still be the same amount of time.

I guess they didn't pay attention to the Jbl go 2 font size. One is JBL GO 2, the other is JBL Go 3. GO ✓ Go✗

Still working good, battery just depends on the volume you use it at.
This is great cause I’m so bad with electronics I dropped my AirPods like 10 times in one day
Plss try push minus and bluethoot few minutes to. And after the few minutes going to off the led lights. And few minutes. Turn on the speaker make sure your bluethoot phone its on and connect your phone and play music and looks your phone going to auto stop your. Music and i promise you feel the LFM

Yep, still working till this day. Just make sure its dried probably after it's accidentally dropped in water.

You're not the only one, I also use it on Max volume and it doesn't reach 2 hours. Especially with heavy bass music.

Umm you can link the jbl to go 3 to another you Connect by contacting the two on Bluetooth and going to media out put and select both
The method you're talking about is called "TWS" which only works on Fake JBLs and other Bluetooth speakers. It's doesn't work on Real genuine JBL GO 3.
Will it give the same sound quality at 100% volume ?
Or the bass will tear ?
Bass is decreased at 100% volume so it doesn't get distorted.

I never had a JBL asking for a pincode before, anyways did you already try 0000?
Hold down the volume up and the volume down button at the same time and it’ll read you off a 4 digit code.
Btw quick question can i put 2 batteries in my T&G 125? Cuz there an extra space for another one so i can have a battery of 1800mAh 7.4v
I don't know if that board can handle anything higher than 4.2V

I don't really remember because it was a long time ago but I do remember not liking how it sounded, even though I used the equalizer app to boost the bass.

You can't connect multiple Go3s together, not even two.

Yes, pretty good for it's size.
kapag nagfull charge at nawala na ang led light ibig sabihin ba ay stop na rin ang charging? o tuloy tuloy pa rin ang pagchahcarge? mejo worried lang dahil madalas kapag nagchacharge ako nabubunot ko na naka off na ang led.
So I used the google translate for this because I can't understand the language but yes the charging will stop when the red led goes off. On the USB tester it shows that their is no more current going to the speaker when its fully charged.

The clip 4 is better i think ,I have both.
Well If it takes more than 0,5 amp well then you are need 1amp charger, if you pick a bigger charger you dont get to match energy loss in charger heat 😉
The ANKER power bank can handle up to 2A current. 1A charger will not make a difference (I've already tested it on other 2A chargers same result).
The battery lasts forever in this thing once you realize it’s no longer any good there will probably be an 8th gen version of this by then
I hope so, because the last time the JBL Xtreme came out. The battery did not last a year for some people.
i just bought it and one BIG negative is that the bloody thing moves all over the surface if the volume is loud.....just like at 8:33 of the video! You have to put the speaker on the side w the rubber grips if you dont want it to move......very very annoying! I might return it just because of this unintended jiggy dance🤬

Huge step backwards my ass... The jbl go 2 microfone and overall call capabilities were horrible.
Without a mic is nice, helps keep cost down and Google search wont pop up randomly because it thinks you said "hey Google" 😂😂
This is coming from a guy who had the 1st jbl clip that had a turn dial volume switch and an actual 3.5mm headphone jack 😂

You can, the speaker itself will just limit the charging current.

Damn i ordered a T&G 125 the sound Quality is Garbage and when i put it to max volume the sounds started too crack its worse waste of money it doesn't even have a bass i mean it has but only a little u cannot even notice it
That was my first ever purchase of a T&G speaker and those were my thoughts exactly.

My jbl go 2 is still working and go 3 is dead in 20 days . Horrible quality . At least mine didn't catch fire like some other users have complained
