An argument broke out over parking, it escalated, someone had his gun out during the argument, the other person had his gun license and shot the guy with his gun out ONE TIME k*lled the dude and got off on self defense. The bullet went through him k*king an innocent person and that’s how two people died that day
License to carry doesn’t mean you can shoot people, doesn’t mean you can start arguments, if you have a CPL you have to be the most humble person there is, if he doesn’t go to jail then DPD is incompetent. That guy left and came back with his gun, he is going to jail. F### what other people think…..

And when he came back, the same guy he was arguing with, approached him with his gun out. And Ray ran over there to try and stop the guy with his gun out cause they were all out there together. But when the came back and seen dude with his gun out approaching him, he acted FIRST. Cause he thought they were waiting on him cause they were arguing before he left and went to the game. The tailgating was not outside of the stadium. It was a venue not far from the stadium in downtown Detroit. Also, to my knowledge they fought once and was about to fight again. That's when dude started shooting.

The CPL license holder left and came back with a gun, despite what you’d think you know he’s going to jail. Being a license holder doesn’t give you the right to shoot and kill. The rules for CPL holders isn’t the same for the Police, the police kill at will and have immunity, CPL doesn’t mean that black people can shoot at will or at all or even carry, like wyte people can, the rules and privileges are different. If you’re black and you think you have those same rights then the joke is on you, see you up state.
