I agree w Hulvey. I like the fact that we have just clean Hip Hop but sometimes I also get in that space where I want more talking about Jesus. I know there are some polarized opinions but ultimately both are great. I think where we need to be careful is boasting because that's still not edifying the Lord and that flex still isn't impressive 🤷 but Glory to God nonetheless He'll use everybody for His Glory

I kinda left CHH for the fact that people didnt even have content reflecting Christ anymore. And my thoughts at that time was some like, "if I wanted to hear something non-Christian then I would've just listened again to secular music because they are far better in their quality", generally speaking but, it seems maybe that's changing?

My spirit craves and constantly needs feeding from the Holy Spirit, & Hulvey's music is the only hip hop that satisfies this currently. He stands out & stands firm in his pure love for the Lord, even when he's on tracks with others who may have self-exalting messages. His songs give God all the glory & it's refreshing.
Hulvey needs to check out Ken The Messenger. He's definitely becoming more vulnerable today and speaking on real life.
I agree about vulnerability in music, Hulvey, but vulnerability without hope in the Cross is, even though it seems harsh, nothing. Now, if proclaiming their vulnerability helps them understand the gospel better, then by all means.
