- Barely 30 minutes drive up the coast from Tarifa you will find Baleo Claudia, the most complete Roman urban complex in the entire Iberian Peninsula. The city was founded in the 2nd century BC with its origin and subsequent evolution linked closely to the development of the salting industry and trade with North Africa. It's a key site for understanding Roman urban development and life in a city during the time of the Roman Empire. For more information visit www.museosdeandalucia.es

This is the real beauty of travelling by motorhome - you get the opportunity to venture away from the well visited, touristy spots. Sadly not everything always work out as planned.
That is what makes exploring fun, not always according to plans .😜
Beautiful beaches though 🤩 excited about Seville, we were there a few years ago.😍
Seville was a real surprise to us! 😍
I live in Rota, and sorry you didn’t get to see Cadiz. But glad you stopped in our town. Maybe next time you can overnight in Rota and take the ferry across to Cadiz. We drIve by the motorhome parking area frequently and dream of hitting the road to discover Europe by RV.
Thanks for your comment Allen! We will definitely return and make sure to visit Cadiz next time. That's a great idea to visit from Rota 👍 In our opinion, travelling by RV is the absolute best (and most affordable) way to explore Europe and we've got a LOT more to still see!
Nice video guys…👍🆒🔝
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! 😊
Those Romans knew how to choose a good spot!
They seem to have chosen ALL the good spots! 😜
And give it such a great name too! 😃
@@WeWillNomad easy to do when you're an overpowering force I guess
❤
Oh well, best laid plans and all that.
I think that little black cat might have been hurt (and maybe by a human? 🥺)
The cats were busy eating some dry cat food - and we might have disturbed them, could explain the black ones attitude 😬
@@WeWillNomad hope so. It wasn't moving and didn't let you touch it until it saw you were kind to the white one. But maybe you saw it moving b4 that?
