I quit watching American Idol after Joshua didn't win. He deserved to win. He was the best singer in that season, in the whole competition, in American Idol history. It's a shame people would rather vote for a guy with an average voice who can play a guitar and flash his good looks any which way than a guy with an outstanding voice who puts his whole heart and soul in each and every performance.

They only care about the artist when they are on the show not for longevity. Joshua talent will take him far as he just performed @ the White House for their Soul Honoring show. Most american's are so lazy intellectually these days they don't spend enough time investing themselves into discovering what true art is..this is why we have shit music, shit games, and shit movies. Too many people are content with 'good', but not 'great'.
