- Whoever thought I’d be called up to play Top Groom… but I was!!
A few weeks back at Badminton Cam asked if I’d join him and his Boys on a Road Trip to Chillington Hall to go Eventing. He had both Gatsby & Bamba entered in the Novice Class, which is most definitely something I’ll never do so it was great to go along and experience the day first hand and to give him some assistance and moral support.

Loved seeing the crew out supporting Cam!! It was so touching to hear him appreciate the togetherness of this outing rather than being solitary. We always see him offering support and coaching, and today it was nice just seeing the girls out helping him enjoy his day out!! Loved seeing Simon too!

I am usually a silent watcher, but I have to say how much I loved this vlog!!! Cam is an exceptional rider, would love to see more of his riding and eventing 😃

It's so nice listening to Cam and how much he puts his horses first, it's not always something we hear/see but his true love for those boys shone though
Still watching! Just wanted to say I love that no matter how "fancy" you are, the basics are the same! Braiding, mucking out,. The dynamics of this terrible trio are wonderful! You guys should do more of these. Plus it is nice to see Cam and his gorgeous boys! Love it so far!

I love this vlog SO much, I’m rewatching it for the FOURTH time! What a great team of people, and watching Cam ride is such a treat. He is an AMAZING rider, and so wonderful about putting the welfare of the horse first. Sadly, I think Cam is one of the rare people in the equestrian world (here in the U.S. as well, coming from someone who competes in Hunter/jumper shows) who DOES put the welfare of the horse first. It’s sad how many riders don’t…. Cam is a gem!
Also just wanted to comment after watching both horses’ dressage tests again, I think Bamba’s test was much better than Gatsby’s, until the very unfortunate head flinging incident. Bamba is a beautiful mover, and he has a wonderful working trot and working canter! Even for a non-dressage rider, I could see a MUCH more clear difference between Bamba’s working trot and canter, which I really didn’t see in Gatsby’s test. Both horses are super talented, and did brilliantly in the show jumping. I just thought Bamba was so stunning, and if I ever rode a dressage test, I would want to ride Bamba! I’d LOVE to show jump either of them, they are both fantastic show jumpers, and both are gorgeous and talented. Loved this vlog! 😊❤

Yea would be good wouldn’t but he already works hideously long hours each week. Editing on top of that would be exhausting xx
I'm a bit late to the party - having been unwell. I absolutely loved this vlog. I smiled and laughed all the way through 🤗 Cam & his 'dream team' grooms et al. were fabulous. You & Cam really should have your own tv show. Not only for the fun & laughter, but because you are both so interesting & it would be awesome. Love you guys & well done, Cam, horses & team❤

Loved this. A vlog of lovely people and animals. Watching Cam compete was a pleasure - he's got some lovely horses. And Bambas owners were just lovely. Thank you for taking us along and sharing it with us.

I am so envious of the relationship/support you all have for each other, absolutely love seeing you all together having fun /helping each other out. I say all the time I would love to live where you guys are for a few years and experience this type of life😌. Love these types of videos, Tina!! Cam, smart move with Bamba. You said it was a training run. You felt it was gummy, and you held true to your word. Whether owners are there or not, the horses welfare comes first, and you did that with both horses. It was a wonderful teaching moment for all to see!! Thank you, Tina, for being Cam's groom that day. Because it allowed us to see, a true horseman care about the welfare of his horses, even though the owners were there. Fun, fun, fun. Beautiful horses. Great to see Cam doing what he advises his students to do like in the CC at 47:36-47:43..so much happening so fast. Melting heart at video's end when Cam revealed eventing can be a solitary thing & it was fun & much needed to have his friends there. What a beautiful soul. Please do more vlogs of Cam's eventing & more of Dinks. I miss that precious pony.

That was really fun, and I was feeling a little sad about Cam feeling lonely. Maybe you all can plan events to be together more often. So much fun to see Cam's young horses doing so well.

Cameron has got to be one of the coolest people, I mean really everyone you know seems so fun and supportive and all about the horse. I loved watching you guys and I love watching Cameron ride, wow, so loose and comfortable and he is a joy to watch. Also really can see his love of Banksy and his skills.

Loved the blog, Cam is a super rider. Question.:: when Cam was putting bandages on after eventing , should the bandage not be the opposite way ? Inside around the front and back ?
