    Excellent, I love your masterclass, could it be done with a Godox ad200 and what would its setting be for example?

    • @CameraClubLive
      @CameraClubLive  5 місяців тому

      Yes, can be done with virtually any flash or speed light. Impossible to say what settings, as there are too many variables, such as energy available, modifier used, etc.. Thanks for watching.

    Why was it necessary to drop the strobe output when you already opened the aperture and increased the the shutter speed? I would have thought that the exposure would have remained the same even if you left the strobe power the same prof?

    • @yjawhar
      @yjawhar Рік тому +1

      Because shutter speed doesn’t have an effect on the strobe-lit items since its light goes on for 1/1000s of a second, so you have to compensate for the wider aperture

    Thank you for your video. Very informative. I’m wondering why you didn’t have a problem keeping the glass and the bottle both in focus as your depth of field got shallower?

    • @CameraClubLive
      @CameraClubLive  Рік тому

      I pre focused on the glass and bottle, so I knew they would stay in the focus zone.

    Hello thank you! Quick question, if one does not have such a wide aperture lens, could it be possible to achieve somehow a similar result by increasing the distance between the subject and the background lights? Or is there another way? Or no way at all? Appreciated

      @CameraClubLive  7 місяців тому +1

      Increasing the distance between the subject and the background will make the circles of confusion or Bokh bigger, but not appreciably so, to increase the size of bokh. You do need a wide aperture. Thanks for watching.

    Couriious why not using ISO 50? Have the same camera and most always using lowest ISO.

    • @CameraClubLive
      @CameraClubLive  Рік тому

      The lowest ISO the camera I was using, the Canon 1DX Mk III, is 100 ISO.
