I read some comments, I wanted to say it's very enjoyable to hear your commentary in clear, intelligent speech, thank you, there's no hype or antics, it's a pleasure. 🙏🌎
I'm extremely impressed with your work Tony. The photography, illustrations, video, and in particularly your story-telling and narration are first class--this could easily be on the Discovery or National Geographic channels..seriously. You have immense skills and talents!! Jon
greetings from germany, i wanna thank you really for sharing this again. I am not able to get over the ocean to all this places due health, but it makes mee feel better every time a whatch a "episode" FlemingYachts. Big thx and alwasys a good time. regards from germany/ Frankfurt
Congratulations to Tony Fleming for sharing these excellent travel videos with us, I have enjoyed them immensely. I have also enjoyed the voice over. My congratulations to whom ever is doing them for you. The pronunciation, clear diction and perfect modulation adds immeasurably to the pleasure of watching.
I always enjoy the superb editing and video ... along with the relaxed and informative narrative your work is as good as it gets. Thank you for sharing. Bud Miller, Forney, Texas.
Another fantastic FY production. I hope there is a forum for your genre of travel documentary, and if there is, I pray you receive highest honors for creativity, execution and content. You take me places I never knew existed, and help me realize the wordless magnificence of GOD's creation. Blessings to you and yours.
Tony, many thanks for your work on this. As we come nearer retirement your trip and videos are inspiring us to upgrade our boat and follow in your wake.
The Venture videos do us a great service: on the order of Jacques Cousteau's films of the 50's and on, but for a generation with a more limited attention span.
Probably my ineptitude ... thank you for following up. I really, really enjoy the pace and tranquility of your video work. Anything new in the offering?
These truly are the best videos on UA-cam. I always look forward to the next installment. I also look forward to the day when I am lucky enough to own a Fleming myself. While I realize the skill is all yours and not that of the camera, may I ask what camera(s) you do use? As an amateur photographer (primarily stills) I am always curious about gear.
...did see some great fossils in Pasagshak including one complete prehistoric fish, Keith's brother took it home with him to New York, probably not allowed but this was 40 years ago
Great Video, but having lived in Kodiak for a number of years I never heard anyone refer to Kodiak as the Aleutians mate. Did you make a run down to Dutch and further west somewhere along the way ? My friend of Mrs Larsen witnessed the Katmai eruption of 1912. I did some work on her house in 1980 or thereabouts. old pics from the 1980s www.dutchpickle.com/alaska/kodiak-alaska-2.html
I'm not sure where you got the impression that I thought Kodiak was in the Aleutians. Of course I know that it is not. We went to Dutch Harbor and there is a video that describes the entire trip visiting Kodiak on the way out and back.
Mrs Larson was around 8 years old and the hired hand led her and her brother and sister walking hand in hand all the way over the mountains to Port Lions through the dust and ash whee they were later rescued by the US Navy if I remember the story correctly. Amazing woman pardon my lousy blogging skills www.dutchpickle.com/alaska/mrs-larsen-of-kodiak.html
These films are like sipping a fine wine.

Mr Fleming, how close were you to the Mama brown bear and 2 cubs who were fishing for salmon?? Just amazing !!
About 50 yards.

Volcanic activity can be catastrophic, we live in quiet times, hopefully it stays that way.
Do you ever go to a place that's warm?? I assume Venture has heaters.

Pretty brave, setting off across the Gulf with fresh, untested fuel. What fuel filtration system do you use?
We have Twin Racors plus two in-series MAN filters. In 72,000 nm of cruising we have never experienced fuel problems. No bravery involved.
Might you remember what the price of #2 Diesel in AK cost back then?
A rogue rocket ?
lemme go lemme go !!!!
