That was the most interesting and energizing conversation ive seen in a long time. And Ralph(?i hope i got the name right) sat there comfortably and quietly listening to it all. Thats rare these days. This peaked my intrest in your product. Will be checking it out soon.
Sorry for slow reply ... But YEAH ... I love listening to Mike tell about his experiences!! Lots of energy and knowledge! Thanks for watching --- Ralph
We have more video of Mike coming. Please stay tuned and THANKS for your patience. YES ... Mike has spent a lot of time OUT THERE! --- We appreciate you watching. --- Ralph
Mike is definitely an amped-up guy. He'll be talking about some interesting stuff soon ... pulling his toboggan around for weeks at a time in crazy-cold weather ... THANKS for watching!
What sleeping bag does Mike use? Does he use any additional insulation apart from wool when not moving or for emergencies? Thanks, great video, very cool dude
I really appreciate that you took your time to try to answer my inquiry, that gave me a good impression of the importance that you guys at WeatherWool place on customer interaction, which is quite rare for businesses these days. I hope that I get can get my hands on your stuff one of these days, until then I wish you good luck with the obviously tough production schedules!

Ralph Mike dean one very interesting man and the first man to mention woolpower I was beginning to think I was the only person who layered up with a woolpower t shirt 200 gram then wool jumper usually British army then weather wool top and as my grandma used to say your as snug as a bug in a rug all the best Ralph 👍
Woolpower is the only base layer we recommend for cold weather. And YES! ... Mike has some very interesting things to say. This first video was just the introduction. My Mom used to say the same thing about "snug as a bug in a rug". Thanks for your comment and for working with us! We hope you and yours are well in these crazy days!! --- Ralph
Ralph I've been wondering if you have considered making a camo light or medium weight neak gaiter/buff? Something similar to merino techs gaiters. I think they would be gone before they hit the self.
@@WeatherWoolno worries at all. It's actually rather selfish of me to ask you to explore this indever concerning I would only want the best and that's weather wool. Just saying.
Hi Mike here I used my AAJ mostly but my anorak sometimes also depends on the temps I’m in but I’ve also used both AAJ on the lower end anorak upper end . If your on bare ground put your sleeping pad down then the WW garment over that then the sleeping bag or snow build a bow bed , tarp , pad, WW garment sleeping bag. The tarp protects the other from holes. Mike
@@mikedean5136 thanks for the reply! an amazing life you have lived 👍🏻 Your skills will be very much needed to help others in the coming years, a huge amount of evidence indicating that there is an extreme risk of the US being involved in a ‘total war’ between now and 2030, 2025-2027 is the most probable timing window, actually I’m sure it will occur in 2026, the US will enter a war suddenly in a way that ‘rhymes’ with the way it entered WW2 via the ‘surprise’ attack on Pearl Harbor, this is based on a lot of research around cycles that repeat like clockwork and repeating steps in history to show where we are now. I can send links if your interested but most don’t want to know tbh

Hi Ralph! Do you know what size anorak Mike wears? I'm still trying to figure out best size after watching some excellent reviews by @JimBonney. I'm same height as Mr. Dean and WILL be same weight as posted by himself on your site. I also understand it depends how one likes things to fit, and what they'll put under and over. Cheers!
Well ... this won't help!! Mike has a lot of WeatherWool and he has Anoraks ranging in size from Medium to XLarge! I will ask Mike if he remembers what he was wearing ... THANKS!

I would not go into the bush or in an isolated area with that person. Sounds very insecure and conceited
