I’ve been having a very hard time opening up and talking about real issues to my therapist so I might use this for my next appointment However, I don’t love (or have) chamomile but I do love lavender so I think I’ll substitute that. If you are interested in this, I found out that in the same way Mercury/Hermes was the messenger god of Jupiter/Zeus, Iris was the messenger goddess of Juno/Hera, and her symbol is the rainbow, also it symbolises a bridge between worlds and harmony. *Tip* if you have something like truth serum but u wan or need that quality of truth to come out. A snake talismen of some sort is AMAZING. Snakes are often used to show "what's really underneath" or the truth, true colors...u get the point. If you have a snake, you charge the shedded skin, so when you talk to this person, only the truth will come out, or you'll be able to see past the bs ;) BUT, if you don't have a snake, what I do, is i snake these snake earrings i have (in only wear one) so when their talking the lies will go through one year, but then the truth will come out:)

I’ve been having a very hard time opening up and talking about real issues to my therapist so I might use this for my next appointment
