I watch them both religiously as well! I’m old enough to be their mothers, however relate to e writhing they say and have gained such insight on makeup and application.
As someone who is naturally freckled, I just watch appalled as you add fake freckles to your fabulously perfect complexion. I spend my makeup time trying to cover my freckles up. LOL
I have freckles too, but I hope you know that freckles are beautiful! My university grad photo had my freckles photoshopped out, and I thought I didn't look like myself anymore. I hope you learn to love your wonderful freckles!
I know!! Me too, whenever I see someone add freckles I immediately start to chuckle 😂
Why covering freckles? They are beautiful! I have naturally a few freckles on my nose and I’m so glad not to have to add some. I remember my mother in the 60’s drawing freckles on her nose, not by a very discreet way, it was very fancy then and she was envying my natural ones, she was saying so.

I love the nars pot concealer! Especially on "natural" makeup days. It gives the coverage I want but at the same time it's very skin like. I use to use a under eye corrector all the time but I went away from it for some reason. I will definitely have to bring that back in to my routine. I pretty much do everything you did. I'm definitely in my natural era for sure.
Question for you! I have the Nars pot concealer and bought it primarily for covering blemishes. I like it pretty well in that it does the job coverage-wise, but it can also look like it’s clinging to dry spots when I’m using it to cover blemishes. Any tips for this? :)
@@samzetnick4558 I don't have issues with dry patches.. 😬 my suggestion would make sure your skin is very well moisturize and hydrated before applying the concealer. I have texture along my jawline I get every once in a while and I use a liquid exfoliant every other night until my texture is gone. Maybe something like that would help with your dry patches but I would use liquid exfoliants on the side of caution and use as directed to avoid dryness and if you see a dermatologist I would talk to them about it.

I can't wear that Nars concealer under my eyes because it dries them out on me. So instead I use the Westman Atelier Peau de Rose under my eyes and I agree with you on your choice of lipstick 💄. Tulip is my favorite shade(so far anyway!)😊

Please don't misunderstand me, but could you use other brand lipsticks in your GRWM and tutorials? I love your brand, Allie, but it seems a lot of UA-camrs that have their own brands continually use their products instead of using other brands. I just miss seeing other brand lipsticks. I love the look, I have to wear some type of foundation because of how red my skin is naturally, I’m constantly adding more foundation to cover my lower cheeks, it’s not even where blush normally is either which sucks
Briogeo transformed my hair!! I rushed to the sale, but since I just opened a new kiwi superfood mask, and it lasts a year on my thick pixie, I can probably hold out til 2024 black friday lol. Even with 30% off, it's still the most expensive beauty product I use regularly, so I think I will keep occasionally trying other samples, minis and combos, as i would love to find a less expensive replacement.
Would love to see you use some other lip products! Since launching your brand we don’t get reviews or get to see any other brands lip products. Which is part of the reason I enjoyed your channel so much.

Most of the time, i like a more creative & overtly madeup eye + lip look, but with icy winds & almost subzero temps trying to destroy my face, im all about balm based looks and subtle is definitely better when youre layering waxes, petrolatum, dimethicone, etc... I definitely glow lol (dimethicone based anti chafing gels make great soft matte "finishing protectants" btw).

Rather unfortunate that the SPF serum is not available for those of us in Canada. Looking into the eye cream they are sold out and it is $48. USD converted to Canadian would be far too much unfortunately.
