    Excess sodium can be eliminated thru colon and thru skin. Kidney is not the only way out.

      There’s a guy who tested this by drinking seawater only and he managed to survive on seawater alone. However it’s tricky because you have to start drinking it right away to acclimate to the salinity

      Agreed, but maybe in parts it is too technical for a general audience. Also, I'm thinking of intentionally dehydrating myself a bit via salt water. That could be interesting.
