Mostly pretty nice, again the missing fences, no screened in patio, and that wasted space in the bathroom, are some turnoffs. My personally, I can forego the dining room space, and made the cleaning room much bigger, for dining space, I would rely on the center kitchen island, make it bigger. Overall not bad for the size, much better suited for 4 bedroom design. Asking price is slightly high, since market values are inflated in today's market. But I'm sure it's a good deal for someone.
Playing games with appliances speaks volumes.... The kitchen was super nice otherwise. The concrete areas look dirty and old...especially the front entrance . Too conservative on the paint job.... Great tour...thank you
No dishwasher in 2024 is a major oversight in a nice kitchen.

This is such a small house for the price. There are no walk in closets, no dishwasher or major appliances and they want 450k? That’s a no no for me
