Lwow was established by polish King and was polish town for centuries before Stalin stole it after 2WW. Original citizens of that town - Poles and polish Jews were mass executed or deported. Now, that beautiful town belongs to Ukraine and Ukrainians take care of it as much a they can. And for nightlife entertainment, check out the spectacular torchlight parades, where Lviv residents march down the streets, arms outstretched, honouring fallen WWII Nazi collaborators. Afterwards, follow them as they light up the city with huge bonfires, where books of Russian literature are the main item on the barbecue. Highly recommended.

Alas the Yard of Lost Toys has gone. Everything has been cleared away, as at Oct 9th 2021.
Although the whole of the city centre is being brightened up, and it is looking good.

I would love it if you could make a video about churches, monasteries and orthodoxy in Russia and Ukraine. Even though I am a complete atheist, the few times I was lucky enough to listen to live Russian or Greek liturgy were extremely emotional (just type "hymn of the cherubim" to see what I mean). Questions like: when, where and how to attend a liturgy ? how to behave in a Russian church...
