You as well! Hope you have some wonderful weather this time of the year. We might get some snow again, I'll shoot some video if we do. Lots of great projects coming up starting in the new year!

@@SeamrógCreek Man the weather has been awful here, basically for the whole year. We Started the year with flooding rain, our usual annual rainfall is about 1400mm (55 inches) & we’ve had almost 3000mm (120 inches) & Im totally over it.
Just a few weeks until we move & looking forward to it.
This weeks been been really erratic - 38 Deg Celsius….I think I that’s almost 100 on your scale & we’ve had really violent storms, hail & 100km/h winds…..looking forward to getting out of here 😂
I’d love to see some snow, this coming winter I’ll be in the snow 👍
Look forward to your next episode, hope Santa brings you something special for your beautiful property.
BTW, I had the shipping container insulated this week-closed cell spray foam, turned out a treat

@@GR8Tmate Oof, nothing like erratic unpredictable weather! Holy crap 3000mm of rainfall, thats insane. Time for some water catchment! You could store 10k gallons of water LOL
I bet your anxious to get moving.
That's fantastic on the shipping container, if you have any pictures I'd love to see them! We have an email tied to this channel in the ABOUT section you can use. No worries if not. I just love seeing what others have done. I keep debating on doing that to ours.
Don't burn up in the heat! LOL

@@SeamrógCreekI looked for your email but I couldn’t see it there. 🤔 Either I’m losing the plot or you’ve removed it & forgot about it. If I was a betting man, I’d go with the first suggestion, I’m losing the plot (again) 😂
I’d be happy to share the pics. I wouldn’t mind picking ur brains about a few other things either. My wife is going to start a YT channel on our adventures, I will probably lurk behind the camera and make funny sounds…..I’ve got a good face for radio 🙃

Happy New Year from Down Under! I suspect you will be slacking again this year and see the new year in about 16 hours after us 😂

Too cool to see the Salmon. How far to the Pacific? ~10miles? Crazy how far they swim upstream. I am surprised that there are not critters taking care of the dead ones. No sign of bears? Great idea on the 180 cams. So jealous of those views.

Lots of kitties down at the creek on the game cams, so they definitely were down for the annual feast. I'm sure the bear(s) are around but I didn't catch any. They may already be hibernating so they might not partake in the festivities. We did have a bear break into a container we have (just a rubbermaid can) and bust open the bear spray in there... so (s)he might not be around much after that LOL
By my google earth estimate its about 25km to the bay and about 55km to the open ocean from our place, via one river and our creek. So probably about 30 miles to the open ocean for them. Amazing how far they go.
I owe you an email too! We have very little happening this weekend (for a change) so I'll get you some updates, i even have a google earth image of that salmon run I can send you.
